We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

What a nice experience! Checked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large, clean and furnished well. Do not be discouraged by reviews saying it is in a bad location. They are many other hotel and restaurants nearby and all within walking distance. It is only about 1-1/2 blocks from the main street which you exit onto from I-75. This will be our go to place in Chatanooga for now on. 1 of the nicest budget hotels we have stayed in using our Wyndham Rewards.

Siamo stati benissimo, la posizione era ottima, tutto era vicino, le belle attrazioni e tutto il cibo era ottimo, ci è piaciuto tutto?

C'era solo un asciugamano e un cuscino nella nostra stanza. Dovremmo aspettare più di tre ore per portarci un cuscino e un cuscino. Il telefono e il cavo non funzionavano. Il percorso sembrava non essere stato vuoto da molto tempo, era molto sporco. Dovevo andare all'hotel vicino alla porta per avere una spugna.

This Hilton Garden Inn has been updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food choices. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. (Even a fireplace outside.) We stayed when the weather was really cold, and our car was hard to start. The lady at the front desk got a maintenance man to drive around with booster cables and jump is off. We will be back here when we’re in Chattanooga again.

Il dipartimento e la gestione erano così brutti. Sembravano tutti infestati da droga. Sono stati in sala e in tutto quando cammina fuori. Sempre rumore, il custode non è mai venuto a pulire la mia stanza. Anche aspettare 15 minuti per le tolette in ufficio quando ci erano 4 persone dietro il contatore parlando tra loro. L'ospite ci chiedeva costantemente se avevo bisogno di farmaci. Mi consiglierei di rimanere da qualsiasi parte, ma qui.
