The location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English. The room is clean, it has a nice balcony (no view), decent tv to watch Netflix, good wifi & amenities, kitchen is great if you stay for over a week and you can rent out kitchenware which really comes handy. It costs 1000 yen in the booklet but the girl charged us for 3000 yen which I don’t get why but it’s whatever lol over all, great!

My wife and I are moving back to the states after a 5 year tour with the air force and are traveling with three small shih tzu puppies with one being a service dog for my wife’s medical condition. The military lodging would not let us stay with them because they have a two pet policy and can’t be over 50 lbs. we had to be out of our house before Christmas and we were not leaving til the 11 Jan and had no where to go. I just happen to see a advertisement about a DSH Resort that allows dogs and I called them. I talked to Victor a person that answered the phone and he set us up immediately accepting all three dogs and even check on my wife that was in the emergency room during our move to the resort. This is a class act of an organization and Victor made us feel like we were always number 1 on his list. Please ensure you stay at any of the DSH Resorts Okinawa because you will be treated great and will enjoy your stay on the beach. Curtis and Cindy

Dato che ero un maggiore di Hospitality Management, critico in base all'esperienza che ho avuto. Per la posizione dell'hotel è molto bello e se viaggiate in economia questo posto fa per voi, lo consiglio vivamente. Per basarmi sulla mia esperienza, sono arrabbiato perché la persona responsabile della reception non è abbastanza ospitale (consiglio se questa persona imparerà da questo) non importa quale sia il rango di un determinato hotel, il personale dovrebbe essere sempre educato. Spiegherò accuratamente cosa è successo. Il giorno del mio check-in, sono andato lì presto solo per mettere i miei bagagli. Lui come uomo avrebbe dovuto sicuramente aiutarmi a portare dei bagagli sapendo e vedendo che ho difficoltà e molti bagagli ma mi ha solo guardato. Dovrebbe anche essere considerato un modo corretto di comunicare con un termine appropriato poiché alla fine posso parlare giapponese. Il modo in cui comunica è scortese. io

Overall nice hotel, good price. Wether you staying 1 day or 1 month perfect! Full of amenities, Free WiFi, washer/dryer TV , A/C rice cooker, water heater for coffee or instant ramen and stove top with dishes include. Great staff, comfy beds , nice shower and has a fold out couch. Also fantastic view of harbor at sunset. Grocery store next door, plenty of fine dinning with in walking distance and fast food like KFC and ramen locations. Perfect for a quick trip or if you in the military waiting on housing with a small family or TDY.

La posizione dell'hotel è sbagliata,  Ma entrate fuori da ogni camera e si trovate nel corridoio. Il corridoio è pochissimi neri. La notte e il corridoio si sente bene.Dopo l'entrata, si deve cancellare il posto, quindi la stanza è pulita e pulita .La stanza è grande e comoda, ma il lavastoviglie è solo acqua. In seguito, il personale invia una bevanda gratuita, tutti  amichevole, alto consapevolezza della prevenzione dell'epidemia, vi chiederà se avete un'acqua bollente e bollente e così via .Il villaggio americano è isolato, quindi andare in villaggio americano è molto conveniente, in generale, parlare di errori .

E'facile stare con l'aiuto.La stanza è ben pulita e pulita.La cucina, la vasca, il frigorifero, il microonde, lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie sono tutti completi. E'una stanza ideale per un soggiorno a lungo termine.Il prezzo è economico, mi lascio una buona risposta.

Receptionist didn’t seem to understand English or Japanese which made it hard to communicate when we wanted to extend a night. Also, there seems to be a lot of fees that are not listed when we booked it on *******. Parking is not free, it’s ¥1,000 a night to park. There is no housekeeping either, if request for it, there’s an additional fee to it. Also, if you have a longer stay and wish to use cooking utensils, there’s a rental fee to that as well…. The interior of the rooms were a little old as well and could use abit of a thorough cleaning I felt. As we noticed alot of dust and areas that could have been cleaned better. Overall, the location is great. Infront of Araha beach and an 8 min walk to American Village.
