Great customer service. Ride from airport the guy was very polite and friendly. Breakfast options were horrible and room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned found items from prior persons stay.

Running faucets. Half inch long brown bugs. Poor unsafe internet. Run down in apperance. Paint chipped and cracked. Services only every 3 days. Very imcomplete breakfast if even served. I would tell everyone to never stay here.

We found hair our sheets when we pulled down the duvet. The service staff was not around in the morning. The breakfast was pathetic.

Waited 45 minutes for airport shuttle after having called seven times. Roaches in the room. ‘Breakfast’ was waffles without syrup and very limited selection. After 7:30am, everyone had to eat out of bowls. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but not worth the $95 paid.

I was very disappointed with this room (218). There were no obvious light switches in the dark room, just plain plastic plates where the on/off switches used to be.
The bathroom had a large open area where the sink should have been. The wallpaper was peeling or drooping over where the pipes used to feed. The bathroom door was large and clunky and oriented in a very awkward way.
Where the room's coffeemaker should have been, near the entryway, was the bathroom sink. And no, there wasn't an obvious light switch there either.
When I looked for something on the carpet, I noticed that there nobody could have run a vacuum cleaner on it for at least two visitors. There was different types cellophane and plastic sock hooks from stores on the floor.
The heat didn't seem very stable. And the fan never shut off, even in Auto mode.

I took a flight to North Carolina to visit my boyfriend I was picked up by this hotel I arrived at 11am and I sat and waited for 3pm at the lobby because that’s check in meanwhile I was waiting it was disgusting people were loud and just nasty eventually time came and they said I could check in but since I was still waiting on my boyfriend I told them I would just wait for him to check in but I was already debating about staying there because is was just a mess so as I’m waiting the person at the front desk ask if I could check in I told him I was waiting on my boyfriend to see what we were going to do well he told me either I had to check in or get out cause I couldn’t keep sitting waiting at the lobby I looked at him like if he was stupid but I immediately go up and left that disgusting place I didn’t even argue with him please guys save yourself DONT GO THERE

Lobby restroom was out of order. Couldn’t check in because not enough staff to turn over rooms. Large leak with several buckets under it in the hallway to room. Roaches in the room. If you just need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, and you don’t have any standards, this is the place for you. But I’d suggest spending the extra $20 to stay somewhere a little nicer.
