Booked Elegant 2-Bed Room. Hotel looks newer and brighter after renovation. However room has poor noise insulation - could hear traffic and conversations conducted in the car park downstairs

作為潮州老牌酒店，地理位置優越，毗鄰牌坊街、開元寺等景點，出行便利。大堂裝潢典雅，富有潮汕文化氣息，客房設施整潔舒適。服務人員態度熱情，入住效率較高。早餐提供地道潮州風味，部分房間隔音一般。整體性價比適中，適合追求便利的商旅及遊客。

點贊酒店前台劉萍小姐姐，退房時忘記收拾娃的阿貝貝，晚上9點多致電前台，温柔小姐姐一直幫忙跟進，到11點聯繫找回並幫忙寄出，太感謝了！敬業又温柔！領導開會必須點名表揚！酒店很乾凈整潔，也很舒服，下次過來肯定復購。推薦酒店步行2分鐘的皮蛋弟（不是大眾點評的總店，在總店對面）很好吃，家人讚不絕口👏🏻

酒店離古城不遠，步行就可到達。酒店有院內和地下停車場，對自駕比較友好。酒店較新，大堂和客房都寬敞明亮，各項設施的品質較高，特別是淋浴頭出水大，下水也很順暢。不足之處在於：一是服務人員對客人不夠熱情，酒店的所有服務人員，沒一個能主動跟客人打招呼的（這點跟大品牌酒店無法比）；二是酒店早餐差，雖然衹收30元，但很不值（最好不要在酒店用早餐）。
