Il servizio è buono, chiedendo se vuoi aiutarci a trasportare il bagaglio e a trasportarlo.Fornisce anche bevande benvenute.C'è davvero un senso di hotel di alta qualità.Inoltre, possono fare il bagaglio per passeggeri e parcheggiare l'auto vicino all'hotel per trovare il loro personale.

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

We stayed at Domez Chania for 5 nights (2 adults and toddler) and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is suited for modern travellers. The property is new and is not following the traditional resort style. The main restaurant and beach bar changes the menu everyday, so we were not bored with the food. Also the quality and portions made us feel great throughout our holiday, we ate healthy and didn’t over eat. I did yoga everyday with the amazing yoga instructor Natasha, a great way to start my day. We used the kids club everyday during family hours rather than the crèche. It was hard to get my toddler out of there! We got upgraded to a pool suite due to my Marriott status. If traveling with children, I recommend to get a larger suite/Vila and not the standard room as those are quite small for a family of three. This hotel also has a lounge called Haute living, which is only accessible for some room types. Again, this is a really useful facility if travelling with children a it has snacks all day. I recommend going for a room that includes this facility. Overall staff was really nice and went above and beyond to make us happy and relaxed. A few of the notable team members are Sophia, Kristina, and Stratus. Unfort I didn’t write the name of all staff members that assisted us! We hope to be back at Domez next year!

Uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sia mai stata. Il personale tutto sorridente e accogliente, in particolare il ragazzo che guida lo shuttle e quello alla reception. Camera con vista mare da togliere il fiato, anche dopo il checkout siamo stati in piscina tutto il giorno fino all’orario del volo potendo usufruire della doccia e di tutte le facility dell’albergo. Una menzione speciale anche per il ristorante con una vista bellissima e il cibo veramente buono. Shuttle indispensabile per raggiungere il centro. Complimenti Royal Sun!

Grande cordialità da parte di tutto lo staff, dalla colazione, al bar, alla reception. Hotel moderno, in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione. Parcheggio, piscina e palestra comprese nel soggiorno. Se proprio dovessimo trovare un neo, il materasso era a nostro gusto troppo morbido. Per il resto niente da eccepire. Fantastico viaggio a Chania!
