Chania: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Hotel con architettura moderna molto bello, camera con spazi adeguati ,piscina privata adeguata , spazi comuni molto belli colazione di buona qualità in linea con la struttura , personale giovane ,molto gentile a volte poco esperto ,mare vicino alla struttura attrezzato non molto bello, pulizia delle camere da migliorare

La camera era spaziosa e l'hotel era super pulito e estremamente confortevole. Tutto si sentiva nuovo e il servizio era davvero 5 stelle. Ci sorprendevamo felicemente di sapere che la piscina all'interno è in realtà solo un gigante giaccheggio. Abbiamo trascorso un'ora la nostra notte scorsa, che era molto bello. Il letto è davvero comodo e il posto è tranquillo. Ci è un servizio valet per parcheggiare la vostra auto e abbiamo bevute e snack benvenuti all'arrivo. Grazie ancora per la bottiglia di vino e frutta gratis come regalo di benvenuto VIP. Ci siamo davvero goditi e torneremo in questo hotel se mai visitare Chania un giorno di nuovo.

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

This is a tiny boutique hotel with actually relatively large rooms . There is NO parking as you can’t drive into the city centre, so you will have to call ahead and they will send someone to drag your luggage all the way to the hotel . The place has a history as it was a house of an aristocratic Turks during the ottoman ruling . The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable , wide , the service is great . It is very close to everything you need , the city centre, the boats , the market etc… I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here next time we come back to Crete .

We made arrangements for late check-in, expecting to arrive at about 10:45 pm however, our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 11:30 PM. The drive to Lagon from the airport was 15 min. The hotel manager was at the front desk, expecting us. He carried our bags into the hotel and showed us where to park. Then he asked us to make our selections for breakfast the next morning because it is served in the room. He showed us how to use the controls for the electric sheer drapes and the black out curtain, the room lights and the a/c. The hotel is very contemporary and tastefully finished. It opened in 2020. The room decor felt Greek/modern. A complementary bottle of sparkling wine and cold water were in the fridge. We called the front desk about 20 min before wanting our breakfast served and when it arrived and set up on our deck we were blown away. (see photo). I am extremely finicky about water pressure, especially the modern rainfall showers, however I was delightfully surprised at the excellent water pressure from the handheld and the waterfall. Since we slept in because of our late arrival we requested late checkout & were able to stay until noon. Our only regret is that we had just one night at the Lagon.

We have just returned home from a wonderful week at the Pilot Amphoria. The hotel is an oasis of calm short distance from the town square. You arrive as guests and leave as friends because the staff treat you as individuals with such courtesy and respect. Nothing is too much trouble,there is no list of dos and don'ts, the manager Panagiotis and his team only have a can-do attitude. They sorted laundry for us and organised a late check out due to our flight being late home. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our room was no exception. It was cleaned to the highest of standards daily,fluffy towels,and plenty of toiletries replenished as needed. The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in away from home, so much so we wanted to bring it home with us. Fresh,good quality and tasty food was served at both breakfast and dinner. Dinner being a five courses, well worth the half board supplement Thank you to the chefs . We would love to return one day but booking early will be a must as we think the secret is out as to what an amazing hotel this is. Thank you for everything .

Non ci piace di solito prenotare grandi hotel quando visitamo la Grecia, perché di solito spendiamo molto poco tempo in loro. Questo mi ha catturato l'occhio e sono felice di averlo fatto. Comunicazione dal Regno Unito a Minoa prima di lasciare era eccezionale. Ci siamo saluti caldamente e siamo stati mostrati nella nostra stanza. Ci è stato dato un bel bicchiere di vino rosso come un regalo che era un bel toccamento. La stanza era spaziale e molto pulita. I terreni dell'hotel erano bellissimi. Le piscine erano grandi. Le camere sono sempre disponibili, che è un grande plus. Siamo al bar della piscina e al ristorante italiano che sono entrambi di alta qualità a buon prezzo. Hanno fatto le classi di fitness nella piscina tre volte dei 7 che abbiamo fatto. Una sera avevano anche una bella banda di jazz che si svegliava cocktail al pianoforte, ma non abbiamo avuto tempo di usare la palestra o il bagno, ma abbiamo avuto un picco di sneak e sembrava fantastico. Il bar della spiaggia era un bel toccamento e il sole da lì era così speciale. Un'ultima cosa... abbiamo avuto un regalo lasciando sacchetti di tè e olive in un bellissimo sacchetto regalo Minoa. Grazie a tutti per una pausa speciale.
