We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed. The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day. The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on. Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.

The staff that worked there were amazing! They brought us fresh fruit, tea and cake whenever we were in our room after long day of adventure. The staff were friendly and lovely and the room was always spotless and clean. Decent location. We would 100% stay here again. I’m very happy that I found this place. I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews. I was instantly glad that I made the right decision. The room looks like it did in the photos, beautiful. Everything was new and immaculate. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and all the bars and restaurants. There is also a nightly food street market nearby with delicious foods to try. It’s quite nice to be a few minutes away from all the noisy bars and restaurants. Try the Chai restaurant for great nighttime music from around 9pm. The See You Soon restaurant had daily visits because of its delicious Thai food and cocktails. You can tap in and out as you wish. Everything was very easy here. It was easy to get from here to any of the main locations for tourists. David was very lovely and helped me navigate everything that I wanted to do. If you aren’t sure about anything he has lots of tips to help you navigate your stay in Chiang Mai. His mum was also lovely and welcoming. Really glad that I booked this hotel. I ended up booking an additional 5 days! Thank you David!

This is a newly built, family-run small hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, yet adequate. Materials, mattress and linens are of good quality, the owners are friendly. The pool is very small. The neighborhood is safe and not too far from the Old City, the wall. The breakfast, both Western style and Asian, isn't edible. The price is too high compared to similar establishments in CM.

The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. This hotel was absolutely a disappointment. In fact, it should not be called a hotel, but a simple no-service B&B. 1. It's supposed to be a rather new building but our room was not clean at all. Hair on the floor, on the table; dirty stuff near the sink... 2. All things in this place made you felt they didn't care and sloopy- no one made you feel welcome, the receptionist didn't want you to ask any question at all, never greet you even on arrival, never greet you in the morning, never offer any help in directions or luggage. All things said, "do not bother me". The toiletries were of poor quality. Toothbrush was bendable and easy broken for 1 time use. No conditioner, no disposable slippers... they made you feel really cheap. But the rate they charged was more than a lot of better places in Chiang Mai. The pool was a joke. Don't expect to swim in it. Overall, the photos were much better than the real things and I feel deceived. 3. Lotcaion was bad and difficult to get a car with with Grab and Bolt. 4. Breakfast was no choice and terrible. I felt hungry after their breakfast. One of the worst hotel experience.

We stayed in Le Ville Lanna for 4 nights with our family. The accommodation is new and in perfect condition. David and his mum are the sweetest and most helpful hosts, and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. The location is good, just outside the Old Town, very quiet. The small pool is a nice extra, to cool off after a long day.

這家賓館，離機場距離約15分鐘車程，環境幽雅，設施齊全，房間設施齊全，服務很好。考慮到我們是結伴旅行，給我們換了雙床房，很用心。另外還幫我處理了手上的小傷，非常感謝，值得推薦。

房間很新很乾淨，夠光亮，早上外面會吵，早餐很貴，老闆娘太熱情了會有點煩，不過房間還是滿意的，價格有點貴，三百會更吸引

位置很便利，離古城和週六集市超近。房間環境衞生舒適整潔，工作人員很熱情友好！！

這家酒店雖不在古城區內，但也不算太偏遠，離機場也比較近，住在該酒店可以體驗到清邁的風土人情。酒店裝修比較新，設施齊全，服務態度很好，放在枕頭邊上的小費也不收取。提供的免費水果很贊，早餐不算特別豐富，但也總體滿意。總之，很滿意，希望以後還有機會入住。

週六晚上8點多到的，走幾分鐘就到了Saturday market，很方便，離Sunday market也不遠。 旅館小小的很乾凈很精緻，前台服務人員非常友善盡責，服務很好，對小朋友也特別友善，我一度以為是旅館老闆娘，詢問才發現衹是工作人員。房間不算大但佈局合理，小小的陽台曬太陽很舒服。想看Netflix但沒有賬號，工作人員還幫忙設定了一下。每天的早餐都豐富且味道不錯，每天一早就能吃到芒果糯米飯哦。

怎麼説呢 這個價錢在清邁不算便宜的 因為王星事件是想把機票 房間退了 但是經過三次溝通店主都不同意 保證安全 經過理智分析還是正常去了 所謂酒店可以説是一個當地的民宿標準 乾淨的 但不隔音 早上五點半雞叫 狗叫 無早餐也是不方便 附近無超市 房間內沒有任何説明minibar有收費項目 我們早上的膠囊咖啡加一袋花生米 退房時收300株 驚住了 所以入住體驗 差 名稱應該改成住一個宰一個
