Innanzitutto, la stanza emanava un odore pessimo, incluso il piumone e il cuscino, che emanavano un odore pungente, per non parlare della moquette, che era molto sporca. Il secondo problema era l'odore del bagno. Infine, parliamo della colazione. Il cucchiaio della zuppa non era stato pulito a dovere. Non saprei descrivere i noodles fritti che ho mangiato. Il latte era ancora freddo. Non ci tornerò mai più! Così ho fatto il check-out il giorno dopo e sono andato all'Atour dall'altra parte della strada. Quando ho prenotato la camera, pensavo che sarebbe stato meglio essere accanto all'Atour. Questa vacanza non è nemmeno lontanamente peggiore dell'Atour. Fate attenzione quando soggiornate qui!

Ho prenotato per il Parco dei Dinosauri, ho cancellato espressamente l'All Seasons e ho prenotato questo per la camera a tema familiare. La colazione e l'ambiente sono piuttosto buoni e non è un problema fare una colazione completa. A dire il vero, l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza dell'All Seasons. La camera familiare prenotata non è grande e il letto del bambino è proprio di fronte alla porta, il che gli fa paura dormire. Alla fine, tutta la famiglia si è stipata in un letto, solo per una notte. Per quanto riguarda l'igiene, personalmente non trovo nulla di speciale. Il bagno è il più scomodo. Una porta condivide la porta d'ingresso del bagno e la porta di schermatura del box doccia, che sono tutte in vetro. Dopo essersi piegati e piegati, è particolarmente scomodo per il bambino fare il bagno. La temperatura dell'acqua è calda per il bagno al mattino e alla sera. Dovrebbe essere più calda in inverno. Va bene non fare il bagno a questa temperatura. È ancora più freddo dopo aver fatto il bagno. Il condizionatore non è regolabile. Il riscaldamento è acceso quasi tutta la notte per avere più caldo. 🤣🤣 In breve, l'esperienza non è stata positiva. Non vorrei proprio trovare la reception per una sola notte. Questa volta sono venuto per viaggiare e ho soggiornato all'All Seasons, al Mercure e all'Huazhu, che sono stati relativamente soddisfatti.

Issues: They allow smoking every where. This is something that needs to change. This is unhealthy for the other guests especially our children and youth. I myself get an uncontrollable cough from it. Smoking outside away from he entrance and in your room only. Though I prefer a smoke free facility.

the hotel is quite , clean and the room is big , breakfast is rich , coffee machine at the front desk all the time , Mrs Dong is very helpful ,i'll be coming back for sure

Service is good. My room was upgraded so it was bigger. Unfortunately the smell of smoke was very strong that made me nauseous. If you don’t smoke, don’t pick the smoking floor. It was really bad that something needs to be done!!

A great place to stay

The hotel is really clean and spacious. Perfect for business travellers. There is a shopping mall nearby just walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is in the heart of new district, good location. Breakfast is so so.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

The lobby is having smell from the resturant. Night time cab hear the booming sound from somewhere.
