It was in CNY , though the facilities closed earlier the staff were made it very warm and wonderful stay.

Exceptional service made my birthday vacation with my family. The Goji restaurant buffet was nice and have alot of choices to choose. The room is devine. We will come again!

Мега современный отель, огромные номера, отличные завтраки, хороший фитнес-центр. Есть бассейн, но без шапочки и очков для плавания не впустят :) Рядом с отелем отличный бар :))) в шаговой доступности (минут 15 пешком) хороший торговый центр.

設施：很好衞生：很好環境：很好服務：很好自助早餐:種類少，但口味不錯！出行方便，酒店很新，位置很好，去哪裡都不遠。自助早餐種類有點少，但是每個菜品都比較精緻，口味也好！

早餐品類少就算了巨差肉全是肥的餛燉一丁點肉其實包不起肉可以不包的！橙色的水杯一股抹布的臭味…..頭回見到品類少還這麼差的萬豪！！！連Wi-Fi也差要麼連不上！要麼一直斷！

房間挺大，設施也還行，就是封閉窗無法打開，導致房間裏味道很大，衞生情況也一般，桌椅沒擦乾淨。辦理入住時前台服務不是很友好，多問幾句話就有點不耐煩。點的外賣機器人送要排隊，有個服務員主動送上樓，點贊

也不知道是不是真萬豪 Wi-Fi巨差….一直斷有時候還連不上。早餐品類也少，也很差..因為剛住完武漢萬豪就到常州出差所以選擇萬豪….感覺不是一個檔次！！！

游泳池更衣室衞生差到難以想象，連雙乾淨的拖鞋都找不到，消毒櫃裏的鞋子都很臭，泳池竟然沒有救生員。房間熱帶雨林花灑，衹有一半出水，且水量很小，無法使用，和客房，前台反映了也無任何行動。

設施：萬豪水平，裝修硬件和其他萬豪酒店一樣。衞生：還不錯，房間地毯很乾凈，但是一些不常用的開關有很多灰塵。環境：四周比較偏，這個區域比較新，但是停車很方便1 服務：不怎麼樣。比如打電話時有的前台人員比較正常。有的很奇葩，兩件事情： 1.當我們在高速上因為不確認入住當天12以前能否趕到酒店辦理入住時打電話給前台確認保留房間，接線人員十分粗魯，説話方式“所以你想要確認什麼”“你到底幾點能到” 2. 攜程寫的前台去領樂事能量包，打電話給前台確認原話“那你得去問攜程”我説攜程註明去前台“那你就去前台拿” 全程就是“嗯”“嗯” 口氣十分像一個不怎麼樣的領導哈哈哈。早餐：種類還可以，比其他萬豪種類差一點，沒有領位，所以看到一些早去的一個人坐着四人沙發，很浪費空間。大堂酒廊特調飲品2份（非酒精類飲品）:不是特調，就是罐裝雪碧可樂蘇打水自己調一個
