第二次去五號山谷了，這次感受最深的是滿院的種滿了山谷桂花樹，散發出醉人的花香，讓山谷多了份迷人的浪漫，當天晚上所有的客人都圍坐在波光粼粼的泳池邊，嘴裏吃着山谷為我們準備的各種精美小食，看身穿漢服的古琴師撫琴彈奏，婉轉幽幽的古琴聲，一抬頭，月亮也在樹叢中現身了，可能也是被琴聲吸引來了吧…之後猜燈謎我也猜中一個，得了個月餅蠟燭禮品，很開心，山谷裏的人很親切，有種家人的感覺，楊貴妃一樣的熱情丹丹，還有暖心的管家小向，會讓我有種再想看望他們的沖動

UUtente ospite第二次入住，跟第一次是完全不同的體驗！從豪生酒店換過來的，因為第一次的入住體驗非常認可！確實是我自己訂錯了房型，可是各渠道明明還有華采大床房為什麼我自費升級，前台還是以無法操作為理由直接拒絕我的要求？要是渠道都關房我還要求自費升級那是我無理取鬧，我要求取消當天的訂單，按15號的價格重新預訂華采大也被前台以無法操作為理由直接拒絕（15號價格比14貴）。以我十年酒店職業經理人的工作經歷來講，沒夜審前為什麼不能自費升級？前台員工連pms都無法熟練操作麼？實在不理解，最後給換了個房間説是免升，但房間牆壁是開裂的！故意的是吧，最後想想還是取消第二天的訂單換去了君悦。部門經理該管管事了，不管是員工的話語話術還是應變能力都改提升了！

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls. Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch. Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions. Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

Siamo stati circondati dalla vita notturna e da molte opzioni alimentari anche dopo le 2. Condividiamo lo stesso edificio come un karaoke e un famoso bar, così si fa un busto di fine settimana. L’ascensore condiviso non è stato piacevole, ma non sono stato molto per me. C'è un luogo di massaggio incredibile nello stesso edificio che apre 24/7. Perfetto per la riflessologia alimentare dopo un lungo giorno di visione. Camera: Era sorpreso dalla casa intelligente. Amato la camera pulita, proiettore silenzioso con schermo enorme, grande asciugacapelli, servizio lavanderia veloce e gratuito, acqua in bottiglia gratuita, doccia era molto forte che era grande! Solo al lato è che il bagno era un po' piccolo e si inonda con acqua. Ma offrono le mutandine, quindi non è stato così male. Se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa possiamo solo chattare la ricezione. Eravamo anche quelli sfortunati che avevano una stanza più vicina al club, era un po' rumore a notte, ma era troppo stanco non mi ha mollato molto. Forniscono cluci se hai bisogno. Non è perfetto, ma per il prezzo, la posizione, il servizio e le attrazioni, direi che vale la pena.

Cosa pensi che una stanza del genere debba costare per una notte?Beh, non so di te, ma per me non era certo il 300 yuan che abbiamo pagato. La posizione non è lontana dalle attrazioni, ci vuole un camion veloce di 15 minuti per i mercati notturni caldi come Tai Ping Street e 20 minuti all'isola di Orange. Penso che tutto ciò che è necessario dire per convincere chiunque resti qui. Ma che cosa è la cattura?Sembra troppo buona per essere vera? Beh, non c'è davvero uno, ma lasciami scegliere. 1) La cucina fornita comprende essenzialmente solo 2 cucine, una caldaia e un frigorifero. Nessuna cucina o utensili forniti. 2) Solo una delle 2 bagni ha doccia. 3) I mobili sono generalmente economici. 4) Le finestre hanno bisogno di pulizia. Per il prezzo non c'è niente da denunciare. Molto raccomandato a questo punto di prezzo. Questa è, di gran lunga, la migliore sistemazione di valore che abbia mai soggiornato. SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
