L'esperienza è molto diversa. Se avevo prenotato in anticipo l'hotel non aveva l'aria condizionata e non era indicato sulla pagina né contattato telefonicamente. Quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che non c'era l'aria condizionata. Se non l'avessi fatto Se non voglio restare, potrei cancellare. Allora indovina perché ho prenotato l'hotel in anticipo? Sono venuto in viaggio con borse grandi e bambini, mi è stato momentaneamente detto che non c'era l'aria condizionata e potevo fare il check-out, quindi cosa avevo fatto prima per mangiare? Perché non informarsi in anticipo? Questa è falsa propaganda! ! ! La reception mi ha detto che la camera può essere migliorata, ma la camera è molto piccola e le strutture sono vecchie. Il posto peggiore in cui abbia mai soggiornato a Vienna. La stanza era molto piccola e il condizionatore era rotto. Era estremamente rumoroso quando dormivo con la finestra aperta. Ho comunicato con il servizio clienti riguardo al condizionatore e mi hanno chiesto direttamente cosa Volevo. Sono rimasta davvero senza parole, allora mi hanno regalato un piccolo ventilatore. , mi sono svegliata dal caldo nel giro di un'ora dal sonno.

1-La stanza è molto piccola. Al momento della prenotazione era scritta la "Superior King Room" di 22 mq. Ho scelto di upgrade della camera. La reception ha detto che sarebbe stata upgrade a "Pure King Room". Dovrebbe essere più grande. La stanza reale era meno di 15 metri quadrati e c'era della muffa. Puzza, la trapunta è umida🌚 2- Il 17° piano dove abbiamo alloggiato era tutto "Pure Rooms", quindi non è stato effettuato alcun vero upgrade della camera🌚 3-La colazione è molto stretta. La sala da pranzo al secondo piano è molto affollata e ci sono pochi tavoli. Anche se è la festa nazionale, questo non si è visto in altri ristoranti (è meglio non includere la colazione ahah). We booked this hotel based on positive reviews but the reality was much different. They were not at the average standard for an international hotel. No one of the staff at the reception desk was able to speak English which is weird if they want international customers. It took us a long time to make us understand to book a taxi that only thanks to online translation (at the end we used our own app). The following morning we left early so we booked a breakfast box for which the desk made a note for the restaurant. That however was not ready at the moment of our departure. Fortunately in the morning the staff run and made it for us since nothing was ready. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to some difficult communication.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during our stay and was unpleasant due to the hot weather. Only upon check-in completion, we were told the air conditional is under maintenence.

突然發現桌子後面有個門，打開一看裏面堆的全是裝修用品，昨天我還奇怪這個房間怎麼這麼大甲醛味，一下就找到答案了，哈哈，真是離譜他媽給離譜開門，離譜到家了，差評差評差評！奇葩！
