Ho fatto il check-in sabato 28 prima del mio fidanzato per organizzare alcune cose come fiori nuziali, decorazioni ecc. Katrina alla reception è stata assolutamente fantastica. Ha seguito le mie richieste e ha verificato le informazioni sullo staff di Trip.com che erano state inviate in precedenza. Era estremamente amichevole, gentile, premurosa, diligente e professionale: una vera risorsa per IHG. Lei si è occupata di tutto. Ha organizzato le decorazioni da fare dopo la nostra partenza per la registrazione del matrimonio, così quando sarei tornato sarebbe stato tutto pronto per mia moglie. Le strutture e il servizio come il ristorante aperto tutto il giorno al 1° piano, il bar Sky27 e l'Intercontinental club al 27° piano, erano meravigliosi. La band latina (duo cubano / colombiano) è stata magnifica e abbastanza amichevole ✊ I cestini per la colazione sono stati organizzati per la nostra partenza anticipata il 31. Il taxi è stato ordinato ed è arrivato prontamente in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il personale dell'hotel ha verificato se ero un membro IHG e ha applicato i miei sconti, se del caso. La colazione a buffet e tutto il giorno a La carte era meraviglioso. L'accesso al centro commerciale attraverso la hall dell'hotel è facilmente accessibile e abbastanza conveniente. Tutto sommato, sono stati alcuni giorni meravigliosi all'Intercontinental Changsha.

Stunning view of the river with spectacular lighting. The room is really big and right. Spacious bathroom. The restaurant on ground floor is really good. We had it for 3 straight nights.

This is my first time checking into InterContinental Changsha. First of all, I have to say the experience was amazing. From check-in to the service, was absolutely 5 stars. The front desk was absolutely amazing. The view from the room was great and the size of the room is top notch. I am definitely coming back for future business trips.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

The whole experience is fantastic since i got free update the room got a supreme river view and super big. I look forward to my next stay in intercontinental changsha next time.

Best hotel in Changsha. Great facilities and great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is one of the best I ever had!

Everything was good, especially need to underline concierge Jarden Cheng services. He made his best, helped a lot, did everything straight in time, organized better, than we expected, worried about our train schedule even more, than we did:)
