Questo hotel è la prima volta che prenoto, l'ambiente Servizio: sono tutti abbastanza buoni. A causa della mia situazione personale, non sono andato in palestra e in piscina per provarlo sul posto. Prenoterò questo hotel quando andrò a Changsha in futuro. L'unico rimpianto è che la colazione deve essere potenziata, i piatti sono più abbondanti, i clienti dovrebbero ottenere uno sconto quando vanno a prenotare una camera.

A causa della situazione epidemica a casa, ho soggiornato qui per molto tempo questa volta. Il Crowne Plaza Shijing Plaza fa sentire le persone davvero calde e a proprio agio. La signora che ha ricevuto l'accoglienza dalla reception è molto gentile e la pulizia e la sicurezza anche le guardie sono molto brave Felice fisicamente e mentalmente ~~ Grande lode!

I really love the room, everything was so clean. The room was so big as well. I really appreciate the stay so much! The staff were so nice as well. Will definitely go back everytime I have a chance to go to Changsha.

The hotel is really sweet with a welcome dessert and they are really helpful with all my Taobao packages. Room is super clean and even when your do not disturb sign is on they will still drop you a card to double confirm that you do not wan to make up room and if u need any replenishment of water or other items.

The facility (gym and swimming pool) of the hotel is great but location is not good. It will only suitable for business trip to stay and not accessible to city and surrounding is quite bored. It is also far to airport....not recommended for short stay for airport transfer...will be regret. The breakfast is fabulous... If you pay by your own for travel, I will strongly suggest don't stay this hotel as you will pay for 5 star hotel fee but their service is terribly poor....the front desk attitude and knowledge to introduce their hotel and surroundings are not reach 5 star.....maybe only 2 star... The most unhappiness towards their front desk I asked in Mandarin but they seem reluctant to reply and act like I have no idea what I'm talking about. In addition, the front desk never and ever smile to us not matter check in or check out ..are we own them money or not deserve to stay in this so called 5 star hotel? This is really bad experience n nightmare for us to stay such high cost with no service hotel and keep saying this need to pay and that need to pay.....this is very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! We will reject to any Crowne Plaza hotel on the worldwide as they giving us the nightmare services. The front desk should learn from the bellboy with politeness, helpful and smiling to us..

Nice and clean hotel, everything new and very impressive toilets. The only thing I missed was the dinner buffet.
