酒店距離商業街很近，但還是要經過一條公路。這酒店早餐要煎蛋還需另外花錢，性價比不高。

Hotel super pertinho do centro de chamonix, estacionamento gratuito, lindíssimas vistas das montanhas, atendimento super gentil, hotel muito charmoso, elegante e aconchegante!!!!

Soggiornato una sola notte per un evento aziendale. Camera al piano terra nell'agriturismo con giardinetto e vista sul monte bianco; stanza enorme, bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio e dotata di ogni confort. Personale attento e cortese. Colazione buona, forse un po' poco varia in rapporto alla categoria dell'hotel. Bellissima spa in legno. Spazi comuni molto curati. Un buon 5 stelle

Truly 5 star, we stayed 3 nights in May. The property is stunning, the room was designed so nicely and we felt at home there. The food in the restaurants was heavenly, the service around the whole property was outstanding. May was the perfect time to go as it was not packed, the views were magical, but there was no snow on the ground. Highly recommend!

Such a great getaway, with incredible attention to detail on the part of staff. The restaurant was spectacular, the best, most creative, most delicious meal we have had in years!

An excellent stay in a fine hotel with a well deserved reputation for its food. The service, especially the transport to and from the ski slopes, was outstanding.

While the property is undeniably charming, there were a few key disappointments. One surprising downside was the lack of cozy common areas—there were no outdoor firepits or indoor fireplaces, which felt like a missed opportunity, especially in a mountain setting where warmth and ambiance are so important. The spa was also underwhelming. While it advertised a hot tub and an indoor/outdoor heated pool, the reality fell short. The hot tub was outdated and maintained at a tepid temperature, making it far from relaxing. The indoor/outdoor heated pool was disappointingly cold, and overall, the spa lacked the warmth and inviting atmosphere we had hoped for.

Superb customer service throughout our stay. We had a small, yet comfortable room. Lounge bar is beautifully decorated - the lighting design is very classy. High quality restaurant in the main building, with a short walk (1 minute) to Maison Carrier in the renovated farm building which also serves good food. Breakfast in the main building featured a wide range of choices (although whoever does the cooking in the morning needs to learn how to make porridge - it was terrible!). Good spa area in 'farm'building (sauna/steam room/massage facilities) together with an indoor pool which flows through to the outdoor pool. Relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool looking at the stars and the snow-capped mountains is something I will never forget. The complimentary shuttle bus efficiently takes skiers to whichever ski area in Chamonix one wants to go to - a brilliant service. There was one issue which felt significant at the time (but on reflection not as great as it felt). The general director, Perrine Carrier, sorted the issue out swiftly and without fuss. An excellent example of problem solving - thank you! One issue that could improve things a little is making it clear when making a hotel reservation to book their restaurants in advance - in other words just because you are staying at the hotel you do not get preferential rights to eat at Albert 1er's restaurants. We received an email shortly before our holiday asking if we wished to make restaurant reservations. We could only secure one reservation at Maison Carrier as otherwise it was fully booked. It took me repeated requests whilst at the hotel to finally (due to a cancellation, I assume) secure a second evening reservation. This was irritating and could easily be resolved =with greater clarity when making the initial hotel reservation. I'd love to stay at Albert 1er again. Very highly recommended.

Chic meets chalet environment. Great staff, all the right facilities for a smart stay relaxing after mountain exertions or just chilling in the spa. Smart casual or smart for the bar and restaurant. Great ambience when there’s live music in the bar. Bucks Fizz at breakfast was an unexpected plus. We’ll return with pleasure !

Best hotel on our trip!! The service was tremendous, the rooms were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Miguel is fantastic!! He showed us around the hotel, helped us with dinner reservations, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!
