After long day driving from Yosemite’s, it was perfect to have a break there. The bed was super comfy, and there was hot water for shower. Highly recommended!

I took the chance despite some reviewers said about the noise , the small shower room , smelly room when entering the room , and other . Place felt isolated , at night you can hear every cars passing by . If you trying to look for q night to rest , I don’t recommend it . It’s very noisy at night .

Room was clean, a little outdated in deco. The water was hot right away which is very nice. Housekeeping replaced towels when needed. One concern is my dog found an empty pill bottle in room. I’m thinking under the bed or behind the drape.

It was great, room was clean and smelled really good. You wish the breakfast was more than just cupcakes and donuts

Nothing is ever open because of COVID 😭but it's not the hotels fualt.

I arrived at night and they made me stand in the cold for 25-mins while 3 people checked-in through the side window. It was a very windy night, and it made the whole area feel more sketch than I thought it was. I felt frustrated by the lack of communication and slow check-in process with the night clerk, especially as we all waited standing out in the cold. Their demeanor bordered on rudeness, which added to the discomfort of the situation. When I finally got into my room, it was freezing as well and the blankets on the bed where so thin, I had to wear sweat pants and a fleece jacket to bed. Eventually, the room heated up, after the heater was on for some time. Other than that, the room was clean and had most of the amenities you would expect. I will just be staying at another hotel when I come for business in the future. I drove out early to get good sleep before a big important day, any I lost 1-2 hours of sleep to the cold.

Went to my room. Door was loose and wouldn’t shut securely. Sketchy looking vehicles slowly driving through the parking lot and leaving. As well as sketchy people sitting in their cars outside my room. Didn’t stay. Left immediately.

Was told by front clerk no rooms were available. Only to be able to go on ********** book a room and walk back in 5 mins later. Front clerk was extremely rude and unpleasant. Took forever to check in and then was just handed a key and not given any information as to when check out was or which direction the room was in. Not told to enjoy stay or any kind of pleasantries. She just barked no smoking at me instead. I dont even smoke. The room itself was not bad but the service was the worst Ive dealt with by far.

Customer service is a big miss at this location. The receptionist set the vibe right away. When I arrived she didn’t really talk and was really bland. The room was on the second floor with a majority of the property vacant. No direction to the accommodation was provided at the front. The area is really sketch and the freeway is super noisy. There was no location preference

Need to get more variety breakfast

This place was very Tun down and extremely dirty. For $140 a night I should have to arrive to my room and clean the restroom

Couldn't sleep due to noise from the freeway.

The area was next to the freeway and super loud, the property was dirty and the rooms were run down.
