probably great if you're planning on spending a weekend there but for somewhere to just spend the night, it is a bit expensive. it was clean and nice and the beds were comfortable.

If booking online, you need to take a physical credit card with you as identification. Only found out once I arrived at location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wairakei Resort. Room was very clean even though they were super dated. The facilities were awesome - we loved the playground and the pools! The spa was set in a beautiful location and the grounds were very pretty. Would have loved to have been off the ground floor though. Weren’t enough parks for the wing we stayed in was the only issue I felt.

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The room is standard size but quite dated, the heated pool is a joy to use. Location is 10 minutes drive from the lake side.

I like the facilities available, got my room on a special rate but the room is definitely not worth the rate they charge. Room clean but is tired.

酒店是一家有歷史的度假村，環境優美自然，有温泉，維多利亞時期的建築風格，別墅和樓房錯落有致很好看，有小童娛樂休閑場所，我們辦理入住時沒有雙床房了，前台為我們升級到了家庭別墅，還添加了電暖器，服務非常周到細緻，房間乾淨温暖，床品舒適，非常好的入住體驗，推薦大家入住。

리조트는 약간 오래되어 시설이 낡은 면이 없지 않으나 부지가 넓고 다양한 액티비티를 즐길수 있어 가족과 함께하기는 좋은 곳 입니다!

房間非常的熱，衹能靠電風扇降温，checkin時前台沒有找到訂單，等了蠻久才辦理好入住，房間老，但是位置比較方便

不含早餐時相對而言性價比高 含早餐時性價比就呵呵🙂

這個酒店非常乾淨，餐具很齊全，環境超好，被樹木花草等植物🌳環繞，路上風景特別好看，有雪山和湖景，wonderful！

很少在新西蘭看見這樣規模的酒店～有點像老舊的五星級～有個不大的露天温泉，但是我們去的時候晚上氣温大概零度，水温不太燙，起水時很需要勇氣～
