Our stay was nice. The service at the reception was great. They are friendly with fast service. The restaurant in the evening is not so friendly for late dinner because they don’t allow alla carte service but to be fair the breakfast service was nice with lots of food variations. Over all we recommend this hotel to stay with family and friends.

Tolles Familienhotel. Ausgiebiges Frühstück Buffet. Alles frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut auf den SPLASH Wellness Angebot.

Leider keine Möglichkeit vor Ort Abendessen zu bekommen ohne eine Halbpension vorher gebucht zu haben. Schwimmbad sehr kalt und die Außensaunen geschlossen. Frühstück ausgewogen und reichhaltig. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Service war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr staubig. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Im Gegenteil der Zimmerservice kam keinen einzigen Tag unseres Aufenthalts. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass eben viel los sei und nicht jedes Zimmer geputzt werden könne. Als Regulierung wurde dann schon nach Rückkehr ein Gutschein angeboten, normalerweise sei es ein Kaffeegedeck oä, es kommt also wohl öfters vor, dass Hotelzimmer nicht geputzt werden.

Das Angebot war preislich absolut ok…die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war top, nur der indoor Spielplatz hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Hier war die Sauberkeit auch nicht wirklich super. Frühstück war nicht so toll, angelaufene Salate und wirklich das einfachste von der Qualität. Das Buffet , welches mit 35€ pP. berechnet wird, ist dagegen eine echt Katastrophe! Geschmacklich nicht gut und die Auswahl auch echt wirklich gegeben. Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung, wenn man sich beim Italiener um die Ecke das Essen besorgt!

來的都是帶小朋友的家庭，估計附近有親子娛樂設施。離景點和小鎮稍遠，有車就沒問題。真的很安靜。

Trotz vorheriger Anfrage zwecks Zimmer Übernahme 14.00 Uhr und Bestätigung dieser Zeit sind wir erst 16 Uhr ins Zimmer gekommen Das war noch nicht in Ordnung da wir noch einen Folgetermin hatten Dafür 0Punkte

The apartment was nice, but unfortunately there were some dogs upstairs that kept barking for several hours. Besides that, the overall experience was 5 out of 5. There were free saunas and pools that we could use and the breakfast was very good (+ lots of different foods to choose from).

We arrived at around 6:30 from Sweden with the ferry. After checking in we went to the restaurant to have dinner as se had a light lunch. To our surprise, after a long wait, we manage to get hold of the head waiter, who informed us that it was not possible to have a table - the hotel is faaar out with no alternate restarunts, dispate that it looked as it was a lot of empty space in the restaurant. The reception offered to call to some town nearby to make us a reservation for us. Some time later we were told that we could have a table at 8 pm which we found fare enough. At 8 we went up to the restaurant, after some wait we grab a personal and yes, table no 6 was for our disposal. As there were no menu, we asked what to eat and was offered the buffet. But they would clean out the buffe in 7(!) minutes. We left hungry that night. We have made some travel through the years but this was some experience. We checked out next morning, dispate 2 days booking. It was certainly a never-again-experience, kind of east germany experience. You have been warned, this was not a cheep hotel, just very unfriendly.. Normally we always check tripadvisor before picking a hotel. For some reason, there has been no reviews since 2018, pity!

We’re now on the 4th day of our week-long stay and are running out of supplies (toilet papers, soap, trash bags). Took several attempts to call the front desk successfully and when someone finally picked up, was told that they don’t provide additional supplies. It’s totally weird when this answer comes from a 4-star hotel. We paid so much, but they don’t provide as much. Check in experience was just OK as I had to wait in another line again since the person I went to doesn’t speak English. Splash area gave good first impression, but the slides in the play area are not slippery enough they don’t slide well although we already used the carpet provided. It’s a pity that they built many of them but none of the kids like playing with them. Unfortunately same thing happens with the big water slide in the pool area. My 4 year old has to slide himself with his legs all the way down. Apartments are well equipped, but again supplies are limited. No coffees/teas are provided. However, coffee machine and water kettle are there. Breakfast is good but not exceptional. I would try to find other places to stay next time as this is just an okay place to stay for the price I paid.

Wir haben letzte Woche im Resort in einem 1-Zimmer Appartement verbracht. 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 10 Jahre und ein Säugling. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns folgendes: - sehr freundliches Personal, um Anliegen wird sich zeitnah gekümmert - Kinderparadies mit vielen verschiedenen Angeboten - Appartement größer als erwartet, viel Platz - kostenlose Bereitstellung Babybett - Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Handseife, Reinigungsset mit Spülmittel, eine Flasche Sekt, eine Flasche Wasser und eine Schokolade zur Begrüßung inkl. - ab 6 Nächten kostenlose Zwischenreinigung - Spieleland und Badewelt sind inklusive - wir hatten Frühstück mit dazu gebucht, das hat keine Wünsche ausgelassen, es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt, sehr lange Frühstückszeit, sehr freundliches Personal Negativ aufgefallen ist uns folgendes: - Ordnung und Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Bettdecken sind voller Flecken, die Ausziehcouch ebenso - keine Gage/Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, bei den ganzen Mücken und Fliegen sehr nervig wenn man im Sommer eigentlich gern mit offenen Fenster schläft - Ausstattung im Appartement, im Spieleland und im Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, einige Sachen kaputt oder dreckig, alles wirkt sehr vernachlässigt, am Wäscheständer fehlten 3 Leinen, im Bad ist die Absaugung völlig verdreckt, einige Spielgeräte waren defekt. Fazit: Eine sehr große Anlage mit vielen Inklusive-Leistungen, ein Paradies für Kinder, dass aber viel mehr Pflege benötigt.
