L' hotel gode di una posizione eccezionale, proprio davanti alla Moschea. La vista è incredibile. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto le valige tutta una giornata in custodia. Le camere , tenuto conto del costo, vanno benissimo, acqua calda sempre disponibile e pulizia più che buona. Rapporto qualità- prezzo ottimo. Buono il ristorante. Se dovessi tornare a Delhi sicuramente tornerei qui.

L'hotel è situato nel centro della Vecchia Delhi e fa parte di questo quartiere prevalentemente musulmano. Sebbene l'edificio sia uno dei più nuovi della zona, sta già cadendo in rovina a causa della scarsa manutenzione. Probabilmente anche perché nessuno che lavora qui ha ricevuto alcuna formazione per il lavoro che gli è stato affidato e non ha idea di cosa debba fare qui. Inoltre, per gli ospiti internazionali è difficile comunicare con il personale dell'hotel. Solo il cameriere responsabile della colazione è accessibile, ma il lavoro che deve svolgere ogni giorno basterebbe per più persone. A causa delle eccessive richieste, l'offerta della colazione non è adeguata per un hotel. Nessun altro membro del personale dovrebbe rivolgersi a te personalmente o fare concessioni. In generale l'hotel non viene pulito accuratamente. È un hotel che probabilmente continuerà a vedere il proprio declino a causa della cattiva gestione da parte dei vertici. VANTAGGIO: Situato nel mezzo di uno dei quartieri più sovrappopolati del pianeta, l'hotel si trova a pochi passi da siti storici e mercati.

i recommend it for every purpose whether it's a holiday, family trip or business.
aiwan e shahi is the exact location where you should land.
the rooms are very cozy staffs are very helpful.

The stay was very pleasant.
It was hard to find a 3 ⭐ property near jama masjid area as the area is very crowded.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
The service provided was really good and would definitely refer others to this hotel.
The hotel has a very majestic view of Jama masjid especially at night.
The hotel has in house restaurant for food also however it is very very costly.
It's better to eat outside rather than paying so high at the in-house restaurant.
and special thanks to MMT because I was able to book the cheaper rate rather than directly booking from the hotel.
overall it was a awesome experience.

I have booked a hotel for my old parents, i was worried coz they don't know anything in delhi. I appreciate the staff who help my parents every single day, and make them feel comfortable. Stff is very friendly especially the front office boy thank u so much for taking care of my family. So great so humble.

They stay at aiwan-e-shahi was a great experience, the location is great if you are visiting jama masjid or planning to have a food trip. The hotel was clean and it has a great cafe upstairs. The only complain i have is that the tv was not working and the staff couldn't fix that
