가격에 비해 시설은 별로였지만, 서비스 등 대체로 만족했습니다.
난방이 되지 않아 밤에 조금 추웠습니다. 이동용 난방장치가 필요합니다.

The Rooms are very good like a corporate room. Service is awesome. They have an app where we can just ping the word and they provide the service if at all it is available from their end. I was very lucky to have the service from one of their staff Lucky Chauhan. He was well behaved and a very nice person. Even a great singer. I loved his service through out my stay. I would rate 5 star for all the service provided.

Bloom Hotel is amazing with very good and courteous staff - Duty ***ager Rohit and others as well, very neat and clean rooms with amenities at call and round the clock services available..very good location in Karol Bagh...would definitely recommend for homely stay ...

No breakfast provided in hotel. Next door is a South Indian restaurant, lots of chillies in food - way too spicy No cafes near by to by tea/coffee or breakfast You are in the heart of old Delhi Can’t get Uber from here as this hotel does not come up

Very smart, tech savvy, price competitive modern age superb hotel ***aged and served by dynamic professionals. Must stay again and again property. And, complimentary mini bar 24 hours at Lobby. Situated centrally at Karol Bagh nearby Metro.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days. This hotel is 50 Rps away from Karol Bagh by battery auto and 30 minutes away from Chandni Chowk Market. The hotel is very trendy and clean, the room was spacious. It was worth every penny that I spent. The thing I liked was the freebies that was offered in reception minibars and the free cold water supply. I would like to thank Mr. Rohit, the hotel ***ager for being humble and welcoming. He was very efficient and warm towards us making our trip even better. One staff that deserved a shoutout is Mr. Shaheed or maybe a raise! He was fast and quick to resolve any issues or hiccups that happened. The breakfast had a good spread but the restaurant needs to improve on the menu and the staff running it. I would surely be back again to Bloom if I am in Delhi again without any doubt!

For our first visit to India we could not have wished for a better experience at this very clean modern hotel. Friendly efficient and helpful staff. Good sized room with comfortable super king bed with pristine linen changed daily. Plenty of hot water. Complimentary bottled water tea and coffee in the room and additional complimentary drinks and snacks in reception. We would highly recommend a stay here, we will certainly return

The pillows are too flat and the A/C is too strong for the size of the group. Anyway the hotel offers a great welcome and the employees are amazingly kind. The TV channels have a lot of variety and the room is very clean. The teapot is wonderful, you have hot water in 1 minute!

Stayed at Bloom three days.. Very convenient location... This is good business hotel.. Smooth check in and check out process.. There is a veg restaurant attached to this hotel.. Tasty food.. Good service at Hotel.. I stayed at Room 205..big room with all required facilities.
