The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste.
The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

If you're travelling for an event, they have an iron and iron board in the hotel ready for use.
There is an ATM machine just beside the lobby and also 7/11. What more can you say?
So close to the Radisson Blu, SM City Cebu, and the MyBus terminal is just in front of the hotel.
The buffet breakfast is so good, too.
Definitely recommended!

La stanza che abbiamo trovato era una stanza a chiave con vetro chiaro, che permetteva alle persone dall’esterno dell’edificio di vedere all’interno completamente durante la serata, il che potrebbe portare a una mancanza di privacy, ma la stanza è dotata di una cassaforte per le proprie proprietà.
Il personale di accoglienza e la custodia erano amichevole e molto utile, che era un'accentuazione che ha reso il nostro soggiorno caldo e confortevole. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations!
The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers like myself. It's strategically situated in the heart of Cebu, making it easily accessible to major business hubs and attractions. Grab is also easier to book.
The room is clean, and well-maintained. Although it’s smaller on the actual than the photos, still I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Also, the breakfast here is appetizing. It is really good! Lot of choices!
Overall, I highly recommend Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Cebu. I'll definitely be back!

Location is very accessible, within the heart of cebu. Buffet breakfast is good with decent options only catch is that you have to pay for children to dine. Pool was also under renovation during our 2days stay and we are not informed. Otherwise still a decent place to stay. Rooms are ok too.

Hanno una piscina per bambini che è la dimensione giusta per mia figlia e una piscina abbastanza buona per mio figlio adolescente. Il faucet d'acqua ha mantenuto il piombo caldo e freddo doccia e rende così comodo riposare quando tutte le strutture funzionano. Il loro massaggio è aperto 24 ore. La loro sauna in palestra è un po' scomoda perché si deve camminare attraverso tutte le persone che lavorano se si vuole usare la sauna. Inoltre, tutto è eccellente!

Il mio viaggio a Cebu è stato ben speso all'Hotel Hop Inn. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Se vuoi avere accesso alla piscina o al servizio alimentare, puoi pagare un po' di più per passare all'Hotel Holiday Inn. La posizione è vicino al centro commerciale Ayala e alla fermata dell'autobus. È possibile anche esplorare il Parco aziendale Cebu.
Solo un passo fuori dal lobby, c'è un kiosco di caffè, shawarama kiosco, un 7 undici e un BPI ATM.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Pillows Hotel Cebu Da l'accoglienza accolta alla camera di lusso, tutto è stato di top notch. Ho prenotato 2 camere per i miei genitori e per me e il mio partner. La mia camera era spaziosa, pulita e con una vista incredibile sulla città, il letto era incredibilmente confortevole e il bagno era ben dotato di lusso.
Il ristorante sul sito ha servito un delizioso colazione, e il tetto del 7° piano è fantastico per raffreddare o avere un caffè o si fuma con vista stupenda.
Il personale era amichevole e attento, assicurandosi che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte, l’unico punto di sfondo era il parcheggio slipperato che quasi cadde mentre camminava verso la mia macchina, che si poteva certamente migliorare per la sicurezza. Ma valeva la pena per la qualità dell'esperienza.

Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries.
Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views.
Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers.

Alcune cose sfortunate sono che l'acqua calda non è uscita affatto (le informazioni dicono che esce a un'ora designata, ma non so quale sia l'ora designata) e non c'è cassaforte personale nella stanza. La cassaforte personale è solo nella suite e, se necessario, lasciala alla reception dell'hotel e loro la terranno e ti daranno una chiave, ma non l'ho usata.
(Per questo motivo, ho chiesto al centro clienti se fosse possibile cambiare stanza, e la risposta è stata molto gentile e la velocità di risposta è stata buona. Non ho cambiato stanza e l'ho semplicemente usata.)
C'era una casa privata nelle vicinanze, quindi c'era molto canto per tutta la notte (soprattutto dalle 4:00... continuava a piangere ogni 5 secondi;), e il karaoke suonava fino alle 2-3 del mattino (karaoke in un bar vicino al 1° piano). C'è una macchina, ma anche il rumore che ne deriva) è forte.
Eravamo dalla parte tranquilla del rumore, quindi ne è valsa la pena, ma se sei sensibile, faresti meglio a evitarlo.
La cosa buona è che c'è un negozio di massaggi nell'hotel, ma il prezzo non era troppo alto e il servizio era buono.
C'è il servizio in camera e anche il cibo era buono. Se non è abbastanza, hanno detto che puoi ordinare la consegna, quindi abbiamo ordinato la consegna alcune volte.
La stanza era pulita e carina perché la pulivano ogni giorno. Vengono forniti solo 2 asciugamani grandi (1 asciugamano a persona)
Ci sono minimarket, Starbucks e ristoranti vicino all'hotel, ma ci sono molti residenti nelle vicinanze, quindi è stato un po 'spaventoso. Quindi non potevamo semplicemente prendere un taxi proprio di fronte e spostarci lì.

RRakshaRThe massive room was clean and minimalistic. There was a kettle and coffee. Laundry service was 69p per kg, however someone clothes had yellow stains which we only noticed at the airport. Grab cost around 400 to get to tge hotel. Cute bakery with delicious rum cake and coffee shop to the left and right of the hotel. Guard at the front do was so friendly and welcoming. Close to the city. Not the area you would want to stay if you plan to do water activities better to stay on Matcan island if you have limited time. Shark swimming is a 3hr car drive away, we decided not to do it because we didn't want to sit for 6 hours in a car on our 2day trip. Definitely doable if you have more time in Cebu. we did a city tour for 3500 for 5hrs, 3people. Entry fees and parking not included. He took us to Tops 100p, Leah Temple150p, Little Amsterdam100p we skipped the Chinese temple because we live in China. We went to the Church and Cross from the mall the day we arrived as it was not far from the mall. Everything else was great! On the down side, the bathroom drainage did work well therefore i couldn't use the shower with the full water pressure because the bathroom would have flooded. Fix the drain and put a shower curtain. Bed is extremely hard, like Chinese beds.

FFulgencio Polthe place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.

Quiet neighborhood. A lot of space inside rooms and lobbies. Wifi was slow. There's only one water dispenser next to reception desk (and I stayed at the 3rd floor which was not convenient).
A good option for a connection in Cebu.

Ogni volta che lasciamo la stanza in rovina al mattino quando torniamo a notte è già pulito. Except the room was not well lit.there’s only 1 light and water was driping from the air condition.
