"The hotel place in located within the busy Cebu City Metropolis accessible to major Malls, Banks, Food outlets and other hotel buildings. You can feel the vibrant City life when you step out of your room especially during the prime hours of the night. Although quite a bit old, the facade of the hotel is clean. Some unpleasant odor of cleansing solution in the floor facade during my check-in date. Overall, the hotel stay is good."

"Situato lungo l'autostrada e vicino al Parco IT Cebu e al Waterfront Cebu City Hotel e ******. Ho prenotato qui da quando ho partecipato a un concerto a Waterfront con i miei sorelle.
Spero che i proprietari rinnovano questo hotel perché le camere sono vecchie. La doccia non funziona. Le teste della doccia non sono pulite. Hanno una pallina e un dipper all'interno del bagno. Non c'è bidet. L'aria condizionata ha funzionato bene e i letti sono OK, ma niente di speciale.
Il ristorante/caffè sul pavimento serve buona cucina filipina, ma il personale ha bisogno di formazione, troppo spesso in camera, in piedi e solo chat.
L'iscrizione era rapida, ma l'iscrizione era alle 2:45 e il personale del desktop mi ha dato la chiave dopo aver compilato i moduli.

"It's my fourth time staying here and it was an awesome stay as always! ❤️❤️❤️ I had a great time with friends staying here. Their rooms are so neat and they have a comfortable bed 🥰🥰 they have bathroom kits as well and the pool above the building is refreshing! You must try to visit here! It is worth it and it is a very budget-friendly hotel 🥰🥰"

KKatiya HIl personale del desk front è molto bello e paziente per introdurre il loro ambiente e qualsiasi servizio. La stanza è davvero pulita e mi fa stare in buona atmosfera con una vista meravigliosa. Selezionerà questo hotel se volare a Cebu.

CChuaFrederickI servizi complessivi dell'hotel sono grandi. La stanza è pulita e ben mantenuta. Mi piace che ci siano bar per tovaglioli per appendere le tovagliole a mano.
L'AC è molto freddo anche adjustare i controlli temporali non aiuta davvero.
In generale, continuerò a raccomandare questo hotel, poiché si trova anche a piedi a piedi dal centro commerciale Ayala.
Trovare un taxi e grab è facile per questo luogo.

KKatherineL'hotel è situato nel centro della città, vicino al centro e all'ospedale.
Dall'hotel si possono trovare diversi punti di cucina come punko-punko sa fonte, Abaca Baking Company (caffè e pasticceria) e altro ancora.
La stanza è pulita, spaziosa buona per 2-4 pax ma con il bagno in vetro, è buona per coppie o viaggiatori soli 😅.
Il muro del bagno è fatto di vetro congelato/ trasparente, quindi quando si fa la doccia alla gente dalla camera da letto si può vedere la silicona. 😂

Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold.
Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath.
Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)
Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this.
Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks.
I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction.
The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance.
Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels.
The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a ****** player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk.
The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay.
Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect.
Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

JJude O.The hotel is located in Brgy Apas and next to Cebu IT Park business establishments. Great stay for solo traveler. Accessible to public transpo and malls. It also had a great view from the 6th floor, where I stayed. They only serve simple plated meal though for breakfast since they're a 3-star hotel however, the food is satisfying. They're staffs are, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would come back here whenever I am in Cebu...

TTheo StanI had the pleasure of staying at the Tsai Hotel and Residences, and it was an experience worth noting. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and seamless check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering proximity to key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it ideal for leisure and business travelers alike.
The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected.
The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience.
What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request.
While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.
I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

FFulgencio Polthe place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.

RRegieIn realtà, il servizio è buono. La posizione è abbastanza equa per il Centro Ayala Cebu. Ma purtroppo, le strutture come il wifi gratuito non sono buone, ogni volta o ogni minuto la connessione era così povera. E il cibo che non posso dire perché non ho cercato di mangiare lì.
