Cavatt solo 10/15 min dall'aeroporto e l'hotel ben situato all'interno del resort stesso. All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza ”Park View” ... essenzialmente il balcone era in piedi contro un viso di cliff senza sole. È stato aggiornato in una stanza di vista sul mare per un extra €50 per notte ...grande valore come il caffè mattina vista sul mare e i gloriosi spettacoli del sole diventa un'accentuazione della vacanza ...buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Must say the hotel is in a nice spot beautiful views and the walk into Cavtat is pleasant Unfortunately for us these were the only positives. We stayed there in July which is perhaps the busiest time and a bit of an excuse for the very long food queues at mealtimes. It could also explain the used glasses and dirty plates left for hours in the corridors outside rooms. Same in the bar and not surprisingly the tables in the dining areas. Not a good look and makes the hotel appear scruffy. Our main grievance started with the room, so small we could only walk round it sideways. This was NOT the standard room advertised. No balcony which was surprising.According to jet2 rooms accommodate 2/3 people. Impossible !! Eventually relocated at a cost. Took this to their complaints dept on return but a total waste of time.. The entertainment day and night was just for french speaking. Differs again from the jet2 description. Queried with reception and was told 'no English entertainment' The manager defended this saying it was miscommunication but comments on Facebook confirm our version. We all have different opinions about food quality and I wouldn't be arrogant and question other people's opinions but for us it was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were just about OK but all other meals were poor. Half cooked bloody pork steaks one day. Too many examples to repeat. All subject to long food queues, some days just couldn't be bothered. Drinks were rubbish.. Tried various spirits with their undrinkable coke and couldn't finish one of them. Beer was sometimes ok if the pump was working properly.The soft drinks also poor. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Not a big issue but when we were checking out and looked under our bed surprised to find someone's discarded water bottle. Wonder how long it had been there? Security at the hotel was non existent. The 'private' beach is open to the public which probably explained the difficulties in getting a sunbed.. On our last nite we were woken by people in the swimming pool around 4am. We have done several AI holidays over the last year and without doubt this was by far the worst. Very disappointing.

Ho dovuto prolungare 1 notte per prendere l'aereo la mattina presto. Per una camera singola troppo costosa. Ma hotel a metà strada da DBV e come già detto con una bella piscina e spiaggia? Nessuna vista sul mare andava bene (vista sul parcheggio). Ma la stanza 101 deve essere accanto a un impianto tecnico o a un ventilatore: sempre un tono di vibrazione monotono. Ho dovuto usare le mie cuffie con cancellazione del rumore.
