Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service!
We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Moon Boutique is located very well. It is “downtown”, and just off the main *****. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us plan our “Cat Ba” adventure, and arranged our bus back to Hanoi. The services made our trip stress free.

The rooms are spacious. Welcome fruit & smoothies were delivered to our rooms. Breakfast is ala cart and many choices. Coffee is spectacular made by someone who knows good coffee. Staff are funny & very knowledgeable of anything you ask Just off the main ***** so noise is lower. Street Food carts on every corner Mini Mart across the road Deck for watching the sun go down over the hills. Yes there is construction out the front, but it was not loud and was fascinating to watch the people reclaiming land from the ocean. If we ever come back It is here we would stay.

We loved this hotel. We just came back from Cat Ba two weeks ago but we still remember the hospitality and experience of this hotel. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and well located. If you need any questions or any help, they are willing to go out of their way to help you. I warmly recommend this hotel! It is also very fair for this price!

It's a small boutique hotel with five star services. The breakfast was made to order and it was delicious. The room was spacious and had a nice bay view. Their tour agency offered a great Lan Ha Bay overnight tour. The massage place they recommended was also very nice. I used their laundry service and it worked out really well. I highly recommend the hotel and their tour agency.

friendly staff, clean and pretty room. good breakfast. nice prices. very helpful with organizing activities and transport for good prices. i recommend everyone checking out their boat trips to the halong bay as well, it was the highlight of our trip to cat ba.

First off I LOVE the decorations and theme of this hotel. It Is BEAUTIFUL. The staff were fantastic. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready so they put us in a comfy waiting area and brought smoothies and a fruit tray ( free of charge) The beds are so cozy. The breakfast is the best free breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. There were many options and it was so good. the staff took care of our accommodations to get us back to Hai Phong. The only negative was our room was on the 9th floor and the shower had a window pretty much floor to ceiling. There were no blinds. So anyone in the buildings next to us could look into our bathroom.
