Non abbiamo avuto alcuna spiegazione o controllo se volevamo usare le strutture oceaniche, non abbiamo controllato se volevamo ordinare qualcosa da mangiare o da bere o se fosse possibile, non abbiamo offerto acqua. Alcune sedie sembrano stanche.Per un hotel di questo tipo, mi aspettavo almeno una spiegazione delle strutture oceaniche e del servizio idrico - il servizio si sentiva un po 'freddo in generale e spesso era lento. - Il servizio di colazione è stato colpito e miss, sembrava che ci fosse un'opzione di calore per giudicare da un pannello sul tavolo, ma non c'era alcuna spiegazione su come chiederlo, e il cuoco sembrava non arrivare fino a molto tardi nel servizio di colazione. Questa è la nostra seconda visita a questo BnB e rimane costantemente eccellente.Ha un buon parcheggio privato, Wi-Fi, un'ottima colazione servita sul vostro ponte privato/pazio e un piacevole 10 minuti a piedi dalla città marina affascinante di Cassis. La piscina è un grande luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Foto attaccate. Fando questo destino particolarmente significativo sono il proprietario, Eric, e sua moglie Sabine che prepara solo cibi freschi che sono biologici. Sono anche a vostra disposizione per aiutare i siti a vedere e assistere con qualsiasi preoccupazione. Un altro splendido soggiorno alla Vista e pianifica di tornare l'anno prossimo già sui libri.

Camera n5 perfettamente bella camera con vista sul mare terrazza dotata di una piccola tavola,2 sedie , un parasol e una sedia lunga Da letto si vede svegliando Sdb con bagno WC separato Mini bar disponibile Tutti è perfetto Il mattino il colazione vi servirà con prodotti di qualità torta fatto casa succo di frutta pressato pane e mini vignetta yaurth e salada di frutta preparata L team al Top grazie a Aurelie e Charlyne per la loro accoglienza calda disponibilità e la loro discrezione Solo sotto le pizza del pasto sono top! La macchina rimane in sicurezza sul parcheggio dell'hotel, si può fare tutto a piedi e ci sono possibili noleggi di bicicletta verso la spiaggia che è proprio davanti Ci siamo stati un bel tempo

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had - including the time that our hotel was actually a single room occupancy building that was under construction. I had booked two rooms for three nights for our family of four. We arrived to find that the air conditioning in this hotel was not ”turned on” and that it would not be until the last night of our 3-night stay. Both of our rooms were on the ground floor steps from a main street with no window, only a door to a balcony that was easily accessible to anyone walking by and would pose a security risk to leave open. As a result, the rooms, which are very small, were stifling. There was no way we could stay without air conditioning and had to make a quick decision whether to find another place to stay since availability was so limited. We let the hotel know that we wouldn’t be staying and since the hotel had advertised that it was air conditioned, I asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights, which was refused. In addition, every single staff person was either rude or indifferent - not a single person apologized for our discomfort. When I asked the woman at the front desk if I could speak directly to the manager about the refund, she literally laughed at me. I truly have never encountered worse service at a hotel. I was finally able to email the manager whose response was incredibly hostile. This is the only time in decades of travel that I've had to leave a hotel early and by far the most unpleasant staff. I rarely give negative reviews as most hotels and restaurants are run by people who often struggle and customer service can be hard. However, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to make our limited time there even more unpleasant. The hotel gets its two stars because of its central Cassis location.

Our second visit, this time with friends who were equally enchanted by this attractive hotel overlooking the port. This time we were in the newly renovated section which was excellent, although the shower area had room for a large walk-in shower which had not been done - just a simple small cubicle. The flooring in the bathroom had not been finished off. Otherwise, very good, especially the provision of tea making facilities which is rare in France. There is no lift, and you are warned about noise from the disco below, but due to the airconditioning and double glazing, we were not disturbed by this.

Appartement parfait lumineux propre très bon équipement vaisselle et électroménager en très bon état literie confortable situé au premier étage vue sur mer belle terrasse suite prestige lave linge au rdc mais nombreux aucun problème pour l utilisation la résidence est située à 2 pas du centre ville mais calme parfait et parking privé génial car le stationnement à Cassis est très compliqué. Nous avons passé 4 jours Isabelle nous a parfaitement bien accueilli à l arrivée horaire de rendez vous impeccable elle a été de très bon conseil pour les lieux intéressants ainsi que les restaurants etc …. Bref nous sommes enchantés si nous revenons ,notre point de chute sera le même !!!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel, dans le parc des calanques avec la garrigue à perte de vue quand vous êtes dans la salle à manger. Et pour aller sur Cassis (5 mn à tout casser en voiture), vous avez une vue sur le Cap Canaille à tomber à la renverse. J'ai également beaucoup aimé que la chambre soit indépendante (comme un petit studio), ce qui lui donnait un aspect ”chambre d'hôtes”, ce que nous recherchions justement. La chambre était comme il fallait pour nous, en taille et en décoration, avec une salle d'eau petite certes, mais bon, on n'y passe des heures non plus dans la salle d'eau ! Et le jardin est parfaitement entretenu avec de belles couleurs d'automne. J'ai aperçu quelques bains de soleil en pleine nature, et je me suis fait la réflexion qu'au printemps, cela devait être absolument divin, à prendre le soleil. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, copieux, avec un grand choix de produits, tout ce qu'il a de plus frais. (les yaourts maison _ j'ai reconnu les pots de la multidélice !- sont excellents. Et que dire de l'accueil de Matthieu et Sébastien, les deux directeurs ? Absolument merveilleux. Ils nous ont accueillis comme si nous étions chez eux, nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour visiter les alentours. Le chef cuisinier était en vacances pour la semaine ; ils nous ont indiqué des restaurants des Cassidains, dans lesquels nous nous sommes régalés (La Stazione et le Poisson Rouge). C'est sûr qu'ils vont nous faire revenir ! Bref, si vous souhaitez de la tranquillité, de la zénitude, des bonnes énergies, le sentiment de se sentir comme à la maison, et de la nature partout, vous êtes au bon endroit.

We originally booked this hotel for 2 nights but liked it so much that we stayed longer. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is the best that we have had in France and you can sit on the lovely terrace by the pool. The air-conditioning was brilliant and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and the area around it had plenty of sunbeds and chairs. You can get drinks from the reception too. As we left, the lovely lady on reception gave us a few recommendations for the rest of our journey. One of those was Le Castellet, only 15mins away and absolutely stunning. We had a fabulous time in beautiful Cassis and would definitely stay there again.
