Very friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean. And halls were quiet. And for the rate you can’t beat it! Breakfast was good and hot. All around nice hotel! Close to the highway. Very clean ground. Pool was nice and clean.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff were efficient and accommodated my request to the top floor. The room has a sheet that states the executive floor rooms will receive a nightly snack. I called to the front desk to inquire and the lady had no idea what this was and wanted to send maintenance to see the paper. Of course I declined maintenance coming up. I’m in a room that does not face the pool and there is a lot of traffic noise. I use ear plugs when sleeping and kept the fan on. My room has a king bed and chair with ottoman. Coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom is clean. Toilet is very low and a challenge to me as I am very tall. Dinner last night was pork loin which was delicious; baked potato and salad with iceberg lettuce. I had a margarita which was a mix and not too good. The bartender definitely lacked professionalism and was not friendly. She needs a course on good customer service skills. Breakfast buffet was adequate with potatoes, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, waffles. The coffee was very good. This stay was booked for me. I’m not sure if I would stay here again.

We always stay at the Best Western Downtown, we always have a great experience. It’s clean and comfortable, the staff is great. The breakfast is unbelievable, it was so good we went back to the restaurant for dinner. This will continue to be our go to hotel in Casper.

Ogni hotel ha le proprie opportunità, ma nel mio libro si parla di come affrontare queste sfide. Alex, e Diamond erano solo pochi di quelli con cui interagiamo durante il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni e erano incredibilmente attenti, gentili e di servizio focalizzati. Quando l'a/c non funzionava bene, hanno sostituito l'intera unità. Quando mi sono malato il secondo giorno, se sono andati fuori se il loro modo di assicurarmi che avevo tutto quello che mi serve. Questo era il quarto hotel che ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio stradale e le mani giuste. Sono solitamente un ospite leale di Hilton, ma dopo questo soggiorno, mi occuperò di un passaggio all'IHG. Se viaggia a Casper e hai bisogno di un posto per soggiornare, sicuramente consideri questo hotel. Non ti dispiace!
