Ottimo ubicazione. 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro città. Ottimo edificio storico e arte moderna, lavoro e biblioteca che serve come bar. Grande colazione diffusa. Piccolo palestra e piscina all'aperto e all'interno - cosa altro si può chiedere ? Tuttavia, sto prendendo un punto di partenza cuz custodia / pulizia della stanza è lento, abbiamo avuto un check-in alle 3:00 e la stanza non era pronta ... il giorno dopo la pulizia della casa era alle 5:00 e la signora pulizia si chargeva AirPod mentre la pulizia quando mi è successo di tornare ... lì sono stati alcuni occhiali vuoti dalla notte prima che non fossero puliti e il vento ha soffiato l'ombra dalla piscina e ci sono stati occhiali rotti ... non è riuscito a perfezionare ... un grande hotel, che noi riusciremo a garantire il ritorno, ma il servizio dovrebbe essere migliorato per portarlo all'eccellenza !

The thing about ”boutique” hotels is they often have limited rooms with little consistancy between them. Often the hotel is a former mansion or castle that has been converted to create the accomodations. The rooms featured on the website often look amazing but many of the rooms are often former butler's pantries or attic rooms the crazy aunt lived in with alll her cats so you have to be careful when booking. This place has some of that. Had we ended up in a former little closet room in the corner, we would not have been happy here. Fortunately we had booked the designer room with a balcony facing the ocean (210) which was fantastic to enjoy the ocean views. We moved the long bench from in front of the bed onto the balcony during the day to use as a sun lounger. Room was smaller but had tall ceilings and nicely remodeled. Comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower with all kinds of water options plus toilets had heated bidet hose. It is important to know that the pool area is seasonal due to the close proximity to the ocean and doesnt open until mid-April. During much of year it is closed as the North Atlantic waves thrash over the pool area filling it with dirty sea water. The hotel should state this on their homepage to avoid guests feeling a bit misled. I attached some pictures showing the pool area we had without any lounges and water looking like a sewer discharge. The weather we had was sunny and hot yet couldn't use the pool so felt frustrated. I'm a daily lap swimmer so had been hoping to use the pool in the mornings for my swims. The view of the ocean with the crashing waves against the rocks made the stay very relaxing. Also it is a nice short walk to town with wonderful views along the way. Additionally it is a beautiful walk or run to the west along the rock cliffs by the ocean. Truly magical location. The hotel itself was lovely and ecclectic with fun art throughout. Hotel staff was very nice and the included a quality breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. We had to leave in the middle of the night for a very early flight out. The manager had take away lunches for us which was a nice touch. We booked the hotel in part because it was part of the AMEX Platinum Hotel collection which comes with some additional benefits if you have the card. We had been to Lisbon many times but so glad we discovered Cascais this time. Certainly will be back.

We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. We stayed in a lovely seaview retreat room that was huge with a big balcony and massive bed. The breakfast was the best id ever seen - everything you could want nicely presented. Decorated in a classic style that suits the overall style of the villa hotel. We ate at La Terraza out on the terrace - once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was superb for all courses. Service was really good too. We will return to this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Inizialmente prenotato per Villa Cascais ma a causa di un sondaggio di piombo la settimana prima del check-in, ci hanno prenotato con la sorella dell'hotel Albatroz. Erano molto gentili a trovarci alloggi. Alcuni hotel, sono sicuro, potrebbero non farlo. Abbiamo una suite di vista deluxe sul mare. Ci hanno prenotato nella stanza del palazzo lungo la strada. Ci hanno offerto una stanza nell'edificio vicino all'hotel principale, che abbiamo deciso che il palazzo potrebbe essere più tranquillo. PROS: La stanza e l'edificio erano bellissimi. Grande A/C. Bella vista sulla spiaggia. Ha avuto concierge privato. Fantastico ponte e penso che potremmo essere solo uno in costruzione!!! Tutto il personale, dal desk front al ristorante, erano meravigliosi. Vicino a tutto a Cascais. Il colazione era fantastico. DRAGBACKS: (non come la parola CONS). Il palazzo era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, così poteva sentire l'annuncio spesso. Anche i giardinieri di mattina, ecc. Io sono un alzato precoce, ma gli altri non possono essere. Durante la nostra visita era molto caldo e ci piaceva la gente guardare sulla spiaggia. Ma nella nostra seconda notte, un gruppo di persone decise di avere una festa circa mezzanotte alle 2-3 di la mattina fuori dalla nostra finestra. Anche quando chiudevamo le finestre, era alto. Sono sicuro che non succede tutto il tempo. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui, ma non scegliere l'edificio del palazzo a causa delle mie liste. E anche con il rumore, abbiamo sopravvissuto da quando eravamo in Portogallo!!!! So che ci sono altre opzioni lungo la spiaggia, ma abbiamo camminato e questo posto è davvero il migliore.

Tutto su questo hotel era eccezionale. La stanza era meravigliosa, camera Deluxe con vista sul mare. Pulizia e molti trattamenti, torte e cioccolato extra al giorno e mini bar con bevande non alcoliche. Il pranzo di sera del ristorante era il cibo gourmet al suo meglio e il personale era molto a conoscenza dei vini. Il buffet è stato fantastico, molta scelta. L'hotel stesso era bellissimo, la posizione era grande, il parcheggio era facile. Le strutture spa erano davvero meravigliose. A questo hotel vorrei raccomandare, che hanno il giusto equilibrio di fornire lusso, mentre sono amici della famiglia.

Posizione eccellente. Ho sentito che erano un po' a corto di personale. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui puoi utilizzare la piscina solo dalle 10:00 alle 19:00. Dovrebbero prolungare l'orario. La colazione non era male, ma potevano essere un po' più abbondanti con il formaggio. Parcheggio gratuito appena fuori che è perfetto!

Rita volevo lasciare una nota grazie a voi 1) davanti a casa / ricezione, 2) custodia e 3) personale ristorante Abbiamo avuto un tempo sorprendente a Cascais e Lisbona e l'hotel è stato una base perfetta per noi. Avete assegnato una bella stanza e la vostra apprezzamento, l'uso della cucina ha aiutato molto a preparare cibo per bambini, eccetera, e lo spazio è stato grande per la nostra famiglia. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno guardati e ci hanno ospitati bene con la nostra figlia. Viaggiare con un bambino e l'hotel ci ha reso così facile per noi, quindi non abbiamo dovuto insistere su altre cose Grazie e il vostro staff per il perfetto soggiorno, saremo sicuramente tornati. Abbiamo innamorato di Cascais e Lisbona !!!! Solo suggerimento stava aggiornando i divano, perché le matite sono molto morbide Grazie

Quando prenotiamo un hotel, speriamo di avere una notte ragionevole di sonno. Non in questo hotel, non un bicchiere di sonno e sollevando una denuncia a metà della notte e la mattina seguente ci è stato detto che dovremmo leggere le recensioni!!! Una vergogna del genere sembra che un importo equo sia stato speso per le recenti riparazioni di stanza, ma il mancato impiego di finestre di vetro triple in modo che non ci sia sonno. Le pendenti fornite avrebbero dovuto essere un avvertimento della notte in cui siamo entrati, ma non hanno fatto nulla per tagliare il rumore. La musica molto alta è stata svolta dal bar al contrario fino ad almeno 2.30am poi ogni parola può essere sentita dai turisti ubriachi che tornano in giro per un paio d'ore dopo. Il colazione era molto basso, senza scelta e un server che era inattivo e brutto. Il fronte della casa non era preoccupato per le nostre questioni e siamo stati ingannati con “gestore in vacanza e capo immediato di giornata libera” quanto molto conveniente. Egli chiaramente non ha trasmesso il messaggio al direttore di chiamarci.

Viverete come un regalo a Estoril Vintage. L'edificio è spettacolare all'interno e all'esterno e la posizione non può ottenere nulla di meglio. Il servizio vive fino all'ambiente, ma non è mai snodo. Dicono che la gente famosa rimane qui e vedete perché. La privacy e la discrezione fanno parte del DNA di questo hotel. Non abbiamo prelevato campioni di cena, ma il buffet di colazione è molto fresco (i pane e i croissant sono spettacolari) e si può ordinare caldo dalla cucina ben presentata e in porzioni gestibili.
