Another comfy stay here, welcoming and warm as usual and will certainly return!!! Breakfast is good, tea is just as good, rooms... Clean, tidy and comfortable. Would recommend as this place is so friendly and helpful with all aspects of enquiries!!!!

Old school accommodation that is clean and comfy with free fast wifi .Breakfast service is great and food excellent . Close to town centre with many options for food and drink . Great base for touring south west Wales. We did it on motorbikes and had secure garaging for our bikes overnight in the owners garage . If you want an old school b&b with secure bike storage and excellent hosts then you can’t go wrong with this place . Thanks for a great weekend .

I found the priory guest to be clean and comfortable, good amenities good Wi-Fi throughout, Phil and Angela where most welcoming and helpful host , great price I use again and recommend to my friends

Unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay in the local area! Could not have asked for a better welcome! The couple here are so lovely and catered for everything I needed while my husband spent sometime in hospital. Being alone I felt safe and looked after. Food is amazing, hats off to the chef!!! Definitely worth a visit and so close to everything. Nicole

Budget and family friendly. Good if you are visiting the skanda vale Hindu temple too. Around 20 mins drive from temple. Carmarthen town centre too. Host Phil is a great guy. Breakfast was good. Good value for money for a quick night stay. Overall good

Lovely staff, they always ensure that you are well catered for. Rooms were very clean and bed was made everyday. Bathroom facilities were always clean. Breakfast hit the right stop everyday with various options. Would highly recommend
