Il problema principale è che il riscaldamento indipendente non può essere chiuso, che ha portato a un enorme gigantico di notte. Non ho dormito bene tutta la notte, e sono molto torturato. Un altro problema è che il trasporto non è molto conveniente. Devi trovare un punto di trasporto nel terminale di autobus dell'autorità porto e imparare a usare il biglietto automatico o l'app per comprare biglietti di autobus a lunga distanza (ma il biglietto è ancora molto intenso), o spendere più di $50 per fare un autobus. Se non ti dispiace per queste due cose, l'hotel non ha nessuna carenza.

Ottimo servizio clienti, camera pulita e appena arrivammo alla stanza ci hanno chiamato dalla reception per chiedere se tutto era a nostro piacere 🤩

I read the reviews and panicked because I already booked. I called they said come see. I am so glad we did. This hotel was clean safe a great value conveniently located to both NJ attractions and NYC. Our room was exactly how pictured on the booking. Already booked again for our next trip !!! I’m so glad he said to see for myself!
Hampton Inn Carlstadt at The Meadowlands

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.
