L'hotel dispone di incantevoli interni e bellissime viste alti giardini dal ristorante. 10/10 per gli interni dell'hotel e anche per i bellissimi giardini manicurati. Il pranzo al Conservatorio è stato grande. Il personale cerca di offrire un buon servizio e è amichevole e cortese, ma abbiamo trovato che a volte c'era confusione alla ricezione e al personale spa, e a volte è stata fornita informazioni inesatti. Una menzione speciale deve andare a Lisa al ristorante - è il nostro secondo incontro con lei (Abbiamo visitato il ristorante qualche volta prima) e lei era felice e accogliente in entrambe le occasioni che l'abbiamo incontrata. Ho avuto un massaggio e il massaggio stesso era assolutamente di prima classe, così bene fatto al massaggiatore sulla sua tecnica. Purtroppo, il bagno è stato rinnovato, che non sapevo al momento della prenotazione del mio pacchetto, e questo si allontana da una fuga di 5 stelle che si aspetta quando si fa un soggiorno. Il minibar è complimentare, a meno che non riempisca, che è un grande valore aggiunto. Un elemento che ha tolto l’esperienza è che il bagno, che apparve fresco da un punto di vista estetico, non aveva un odore fresco, che mio marito e io ritenevo molto notabile. Tuttavia, poiché eravamo solo lì per una notte, non lo sollevamo perché non volevamo l'inconveniente di qualcuno che entrava per pulire, o per cambiare le camere come avevamo già sistemato, così ci siamo stanchi di questo, ma questo aspetto non era piacevole. Molte grazie al personale per averci accolto con favore.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the start of January and wished we didn’t have to leave! The guest house itself if absolutely stunning, with lovely communal areas and a fabulous pool. The location is so convenient to walk through the vineyards for a spot of lunch or just a short drive to the waterfront or camps bay. We felt so relaxed here as the setting is so private and peaceful. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and with the comfiest bed. Breakfast each morning was very fresh and with a nice range. We particularly loved the complimentary cake served each afternoon! On top of everything above, the thing that really made this guest house extra special are the hosts Jacques & Jenny. They are both so welcoming and happy to help with restaurant recommendations or day trip ideas. We honestly felt so at home with these two and are already planning our return trip! Thanks again for making our holiday so wonderful

La posizione era tutto! Bello hotel!

Prendi un soggiorno carino a Newlands Peak Aparthotel. Situazione tranquilla e pulita. L'appartamento stesso è molto moderno e ha tutto quello che hai bisogno. Tutto sembrava nuovo! La piscina sul tetto è assolutamente respiro. Molto rilassante. Spazioso posto sul tetto per allenarsi e brai. Grazie per il buon soggiorno!

Overall a good experience at the hotel. Was greeted promptly by a staff member. Got a good room on the highest floor and the hotel was smelling of Indian spices (what a great way to start off). It was the slow season so two of the three elevators were operating. Did not wait that long. The rooms were small. Would recommend only staying about three nights. Great for people traveling business. Breakfast was good and had good seats. Wasn't crowded and did not need to come at a specific time. Laptop vault worked. The adapters did not. Luckily I got some Euro plugs which actually worked in the bathroom area (no where else). There is a USB port by the bed but those are not that quick. Wifi was good in the room but not that good in the lobby. I slept comfortably and it was quiet. Easy to get Uber. Would stay again (if I am on a short business trip). Tip: Do not exchange money at the lobby UNLESS it is an emergency. Also, know where you go and do not look lost.
