Convenient location, very clean room. There are stairs and no lift so take note if you do not want to climb or lug your luggage up.

Very clean room in a beautiful old house right in the center of Cape Town! It gets a bit noisy on some nights so maybe bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to the noise :) the staff is extremely helpful making your stay very pleasant!

房間好大，有24小時前台服務，staff服務態度非常好!但位於酒吧街位置，所以夜晚相對嘈吵，地下更加會有震動，未必能夠睡一覺好的。 另外在酒店外等車期間，差點兒被搶去電話，有點兒危險。staff亦都透過CCTV即刻落嚟幫忙，加上附近好多警察巡邏，幸好告一段落！

Hotel 🏨 molto bello, pulito e centralissimo sulla Long Street. Ristorantini e Bar molto local dislocati su tutta la via. Le ragazze della Reception 🛎 gentilissime. Per entrare due rampe di scale e poi una porta a vetro con codice. All’ingresso bevande calde e acqua gratuite, oltre ai biscottini. Un salottino relax e tanti libri da leggere 📖. Anche in camera The e caffè ☕️ complementary. Camera spaziosa con doppi vetri. Bagno con doccia enorme con shampoo, doccia schiuma e profumo ambiente. Tutto perfetto! Parcheggio a pagamento, chiedere alla Reception 🛎 oppure in strada gratuito dalle 17:00 alle 08:00 🕗 nei giorni feriali … settimanali verificare.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and ready to help us at all times if required. We loved the lounge area and the balcony to watch the world go by. It was noisy and very busy area but we picked the hotel due to its proximity to bars and restaurants. The music from the bar downstairs was a tad loud and went on until 2ish am. We slept though as we were tired from being out and about all day. Only one thing missing from our lovely room was a long mirror on the wall. ..otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Nice but noisy. Close to many good places to eat. Short ride from waterfront, and short walk from hop-on/off stop. If youte into clubs, many within short walk.

The facility itself is a very nice, restored small hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. Sadly, the nightly noise from the bars downstairs overshadowed everything. It was so loud that things in the room literally vibrated with the beat if the music making it difficult to sleep before 2 a.m. Second to that, the hotel’s WiFi was VERY slow when it was working. (Speedtest showed it at only .60 mbps.) Too bad, this is a missed opportunity to provide a top notch guest experience.

Well I've stayed here over a month now so obviously I like it! Traditional balconied building with nice chairs on the balcony and in the foyer. Great location in a real, edgy part of town. Near to night bars and the Kloof bars and eateries. Bree Street eateries close by too. Really friendly staff who've kept an eye on me during some medical treatment. Thanks Prim, Chantellle x 2 and the other team members.

I checked in on the 15th August 24, in the evening +/-20:30pm. The receptionist was very cold, unfriendly and not flexible. I was booked into the last room (5), To only learn that in the morning I was woken up by construction work right next to the side of my bed, and loud conversations of the workers. The wooden floors made unbearable noises as you walked on them. I was not given wifi or recommendations of where I could get breakfast, seeing that the hotel does not cater. I did not sleep well, time and money wasted on my Birthday month . The staff here are in great need of customer service and hospitality. #Refund please

The Hotel was very neat and it is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay, the only problem is the squeaky floors when you walk in the room. If the wooden floor can be changed to a different solid flooring which will not make noise when you walk in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The duvet state was a bit bad though because the cottons inside were making visible lumps on the cover, maybe this is because I opted for a Standard Room, but even if it is standard the bedding still need to be nice and neat and aesthetically pleasing.

Long Street Hotel was a cozy, clean hotel right in the middle of the action. There was good music and food within walking distance. We had an awesome view of the mountains from our balcony.

Excellent Location......great rooms....Great Service..........I have stayed here on many occassions mostly for business......came back here after a few years......still the best quick stay
