Le camere dell'hotel sono troppo fatiscenti, tutti i ristoranti sono aperti solo di notte e c'è solo un buffet a mezzogiorno e la qualità del cibo è piuttosto scarsa.

I booked hotel on Trip.com, and upon arrival my room was not ready. Front desk staff said that I should not try to book reservations on a Sundays because they are usually booked. She told me to wait an hour for my confirmation to reach their system, it never did. I preceded to just say swipe a card because my Fiancé and I were tired. They gave us the most basic room overlooking a roof and not the superior room with sea view that I requested from this supposedly 5star hotel. Definitely not 5 star, they give you bottled to fill up water and no bottled water. Rooms looks like Golden girls sitcoms from the late 80s. Definitely will not rebook and looking to be discounted from the hotel for piss poor service.

如果你看到評論，先把墨西哥餐廳訂了。bistro很難吃別訂，還不如自助餐好吃，雖然buffet晚上不咋樣。酒店活動很多晚上留意一下就可以。泳池晚上不開放。 能訂coral就訂coral （另一棟直麪大海的樓，都在這個酒店裡，專屬海灘專屬躺椅/床，專屬游泳池專注自助餐）
原文：浪費了一整天來更換房間。訂的kingsize，沒房給了double queen。第一天説第二天能換，第二天説第三天下午3:00能換，3:00pm到了説最早4:00pm可以換。前台登記緩慢，比加拿大還慢。房間內就是三星的設施老舊，馬桶壞的，兩個枱燈和三個牆插都是壞的———衹有一個燈能用，浴缸底部裂開生銹。門和房頂不隔音，從早上6點到11點一直有噪音。自助餐廳兩個衹開放一個。電梯三個有一個壞了，本身就很慢而且不是聯動的，現在就更慢，走樓梯更快。谷歌評價虛高被騙了hh
好了，這是換完房間之後：廁所燈光亮度是之前的四分之一，排風扇不能使用。所有的房間隔音都很差，清晨樓上拖動行李的聲音，上午樓道里收拾衞生和拖拽傢俱的噪音，房間地面是瓷磚的確實會吵，想睡懶覺就帶耳塞吧。樓層高的好處：視野更好，聽不到外面泳池的音響，樓道里的人也更少噪音也更少。電梯需要等很久。樓層低的直接走樓梯就能下樓，但是會很吵，關上所有的門，樓道里的聲音會更明顯，不得不説陽台門隔音還是可以。
吃的小紅書上有腹瀉發燒，我們除了飲料都是喝礦泉水，沒啥問題。不過確實注水包括酒精飲料。
自帶口罩，酒店沒有為客人準備口罩。
Wasted a whole day to change rooms. I ordered kingsize, the front desk said that there is no kingsize room now, so gave me a double queen. On the first night, they said they could change it the next day, on the second day they said they could change it at 3:00 pm on the third day, and when it arrived at 3:00 pm, they said it could be changed as early as 4:00 pm. Nothing guarantees you here, this is Mexico. Front desk registration is slow, slower than Canada. The room was 3 star old, the toilet was broken （like a fire alarm）, the two lamps and three wall plugs were broken - only one light worked, the bottom of the bathtub was cracked and rusted. Doors and roof are not soundproofed and there is constant noise from 6am to 11am. Only one of the two buffet is open. One of the three elevators stopped running. It was very slow. Now it is super slow. It is faster to take the stairs. This is a "Mexican 5 star" hotel with poor interior maintenance. Don't trust Google ratings.

Iberostar overall is a very beautiful resort with great pools and beach. We had some pretty major issues with the room that we felt were not taken super seriously.
Our second night there we woke up to bugs crawling all over the floor and into our bags. We had to spend a lot of time on vacation shaking ants off our clothes and luggage. The hotel did give us another room, but it wasn’t available until 3pm that day, so we didn’t have a room from 9-3 due to their dirtiness.
The hotel also didn’t seem especially shocked by this and we weren’t offered anything other than free laundry in exchange for this ordeal.
We also had 5 different key cards stop working for our new room, so we had to spend even more time at reception getting new keys.
The food at the hotel other than the Mexican restaurant (which was by far the highlight) was bland and pretty underwhelming.
Biggest pros: the staff at the bars and restaurants, the pools and beach

Property and stay was amazing. Second time back to the resort. Pool scrapped my feet both times, the pool floor isn’t feet friendly.

I travel to all inclusive resort quite a bit. This place upon arrival is nice the general areas are very nice. Laid out pretty well on a very large resort you can get to most places quick. The resort wasn’t overly packed between the beach and pool there is alot of space. The resort is old the rooms and floor are dated and need renovation. I’ll leave it at that we did have problems with ac l, drainage, size of shower toilet which were right on top of one another. Mind you we did upgrade both rooms to deluxe ocean view not sure if that means much. The food was terrible there are options for restaurants but the food is presented well but the flavors and taste are just terrible. The Italian was bland and not the right taste as the US and the hibachi was just ok. The buffet has so many options and presented very well but again the food wasn’t great. The drink pretty standard well liquor and all the same drinks you would find elsewhere. The staff mostly friendly some not if you didn’t tip. Poolside servers you barely see. You are lucky if they come once and hour. I sat in a few different locations but again since it’s laid out nice I could go to one of 3 bars so no issue for me. Resort went green which I agree with so no place cups, steams or bottled water if that matters to you. The filtered water was fine tasting. I reserved on orbits and at the resort I was charged as their ages are different rates when I actually did input ages at reservations. Not my problem it should be thei

We loved this resort! The pool was beautiful, the beaches had beautiful white sand beaches and bright turquoise water. Amazing staff!
