The service was good but can be better. Rooms re big and clean. The Hotel is in a Shopping Mall. Direct Downtown location is good.

This hotel is at Plaza Las Americas. The apartment simple, but big enough. They have a pool also.

房間很乾凈衞生，保潔打掃的很好，地理位置也很好，大商場樓上，吃飯玩方便，但是一點也不吵。頂樓還有泳池和健身房很乾凈人也少。 被子超級舒服。屋裡網絡很快。 唯一不好的是我們租的車每次出地下停車場的停車票都有問題。這個票是酒店給的。但是總有問題搞的我們出不去。

地址就在商場附近，非常方便，旅行團一日遊都在這裏接送客人。前台會説英文，但是四樓餐廳服務員衹會一點，大多數情況衹能比劃，但所有員工服務態度很好

位置好，身處商場內，很多食攤，還有超市，購物便利，可以補充物資，比如泳衣和防曬霜一類的。

This hotel is connected to a large mall. So there’s lots to do shopping wise. Very busy and active. Nice areas to walk too as well.

For what it is, its perfect. Easy access to beach by bus, 10-30 min walk from many good local restaurants, mall has supermarket. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

Suitable property for a short term stay before or after flight, for business travel, etc. Simple furnishings and property, slightly dated, sounds carry a bit room to room. Accommodating staff who helped store my bags upon early arrival and access a day pass to the sister resort on the beach.

Breakfast was not included. Understood. 68 CAD for 2 of us to have the breakfast buffet..... rediculous!!! Sink would not drain water, hot water was more like warm water.

Very helpful staff. Located in a shopping mall, tons of options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Great food, recommend La Parrila in the second floor food city of the adjacent mall. Hotel has free coffee from 6-9 AM on the fifth floor. Bus and taxi stand on both sides of the mall.

Good location, friendly staff. Photos of jr suite are not accurate. No amenities in the room.

Shower and elevator did not work, run down property
