Hotel gestito da cinesi, in una zona di hotel tutto cinese zona cinathown, il prezzo stabilito da Trip, non è stato rispettato, ci anno fatto pagare 20 dollari di più, non accettano carta di credito,solo contanti ,la colazione è immagiabile il succo di frutta sta fatto con polvere a sapor indescrivibile.L'hotel puzza di fumo di sigarette, poi non parlano inglese solo cinese ,immaginate quante difficoltà. the hotel is locate in a chinato.they so not speak English.they just want you to pay in cash. They ask you for the money in advance and in the end they charge you more.they are thiefs.they don't make your room.the corridors smell of tabacco smoke. El personal de recepcion no habla ingles y El hotel se l'ama internacional. Contratto con tryp.com un precio y luego en recepcion te aumentan precio.solo cobran en cash y noadmiten target de credito. No te hacen la habitacion. No recomiendo Este hotel a nadie. El desayuno solo comida china. El pan lo tiene de plastico en El mostrador.

The hotel from outside is scary ,the room from inside is fantastic and well organized, the staff can't speak one word in English, thanks God I can speak thai so I could help myself , the location is neat to the airport only and far from everything

This was my second stay in this hotel. The room was much cleaner than my first stay. No hair etc on the carpet floor. No smells of cigarette. Staff were friendly as usually. Great improvement compared to my first stay. Very pleasant experience.

A Chinese hotel along a street lined with Chinese hotels. The staff might not speak English. However, they are all very attentive. The food is also delicious.

Toilet full of cockroaches. Entire hotel full of cigarettes smell. The toilet window is transparent and how to stay with my family members? And during night full of mosquito. Bad front desk staffs as they received more than what is written in trip receipt. Even have outsider come in to my room and due to front desk allocate then to the room number. 厕所里全是蟑螂。整个酒店充满了烟味。洗手间窗户是透明的，如何与家人相处？晚上充满了蚊子。前台工作人员态度不好，因为他们收到住宿费比收据上写的多。即使有外人进入我的房间，由于前台分配了房间号。

The facilities were good and the Laotian staff were friendly, but since it was a smoking hotel, many Chinese people were smoking cigarettes everywhere, so the smell of cigarettes made it very difficult.

The price very friendly, and the room is clean, and the bed so comfortable. The staff are nice

เลือกจองโรงแรมนี้เพราะทำเลดี อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน ห้องพักกว้าง สบาย สวยงามมีห้อง family แต่ไม่โอเคตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ในแอพเขียนว่าฟรีเบียร์โฟล 1 ครั้ง แต่พอเข้าเช็คอิน หน้าฟรอนท์บอกว่าไม่มี มีแค่ลดราคาให้ 10% ห้องพักมีแต่กลิ่นบุหรี่ ยิ่งตอนกลางคืนมีแต่ควันบุหรี่ลอยเข้ามาในห้อง นอนไอตลอดคืน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยมาก ไม่มีกาแฟ นม น้ำผลไม้ มีแต่น้ำเต้าหูกับน้ำเปล่า มีผลไม้นิดหน่อย กับพวกอาหารความ เบเกอรีไม่มีแม้แต่ขนมปังแผ่น ผิดจากความหรูหราของห้องพัก โรงแรมมีรับส่งสนามบินฟรี ถ้าเป็นคนสูบบุหรี่อยู่แล้ว ไม่เน้นทานอาหารที่โรงแรม เน้นมาปาร์ตี้สไตล์คนจีนก็พักที่นี่โอเค แต่ไม่แนะนำเลยถ้าเป็นคนไม่สูบ คนเป็นภูมิแพ้ หรือเที่ยวแบบครอบครัวมีเด็กมาด้วย ไปพักที่อื่นดีกว่าค่ะ

沒人打掃衞生 老撾人工便宜的要命 一個酒店打掃衞生的衹有兩個人 老闆真會做生意 老顧客了 第一次蟑螂爬的床上到處都是 第二次酒店送機的車撞壞了 沒有提醒我 讓我航班延誤 今天晚上十點回到房間 沒有打掃 磨了40分鐘服務員來了 嘴裏還吵的要啤酒錢 原地爆炸

第二天入住，房間挺好的，設施比較新。之前入住客人的素質不高，有好多破損地方看着心疼酒店。周圍中餐館很多，但是價格比較貴而且不好吃。旁邊有中國超市，買的時候注意看保質期，價格比較貴。
