Andra gången vi bodde på Sole Mio denna vintern. Super nöjda varje gång. Lite byggnation runt om kring, dock väldigt tyst på rummen!

L'hotel è nuovo, ristrutturazione e arredamento moderni, tutto è fresco, è un piacere soggiornarvi. C'è una palestra e una sauna. L'edificio stesso non contiene solo un hotel, ma anche appartamenti. Tra gli aspetti problematici ci sono gli sbalzi di temperatura dell'acqua nella doccia e soffioni e docce scomodi ed economici, un risparmio incomprensibile. La posizione è vicino al mare, ma la strada è attorno ai cantieri. La vista dalle camere è triste, le opzioni sono un parcheggio sterrato, uno stagno sporco, un cimitero. Non è affatto a**osferico. L'hotel non parla di silenzio, anche se è pubblicizzato solo per adulti. Rilassamento diurno al suono della pneumatica e delle attrezzature edili. Sera - accompagnato dall'abbaiare e dall'ululato di un branco di cani provenienti da un cantiere. Il ristorante è all'ultimo piano, con vista, ora circondato da gru edili. La colazione è buona, ci sono piatti interessanti dello chef. La scelta della frutta è limitata, la porzione di mango ha sorriso: perché tolgono le ossa, puliscono dalla polpa, perché e come mangiarli?)) Bene, ok, forse sono fuori contesto. Il servizio è debole, i processi di base sono incasinati. I documenti furono rilasciati per una stanza e registrati in un'altra. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo impiegato 20 minuti per scoprire chi ero e dov'era il mio deposito. È un bene che non avessi fretta. Abbiamo festeggiato metà trimestre a colazione senza problemi, poi all'improvviso siamo scomparsi dalla lista. La camera includeva la colazione, mostrava la prenotazione con una descrizione. Per mezz'ora il personale ha camminato intorno a me e al tavolo, non riusciva a capirlo, mi ha dato i documenti, mi ha chiamato, è venuto quattro volte! Poi l'abbiamo risolto e abbiamo lasciato un residuo (( Altrimenti è tutto ok.

Lo consiglio vivamente! Hotel assolutamente nuovo, camere fresche e pulite, nessun problema in camera - pulizia ogni giorno, biancheria da letto e asciugamani nuovi e puliti, la camera ha una piccola cucina. Bella vista. La piscina è piccola, ma bella, puoi prendere il sole: ci sono abbastanza lettini. C'è un bus navetta per la spiaggia e il viale delle barche - molto comodo. La colazione è molto buona: c'è di tutto, anche il budino di chia. Buon servizio. Vicino alla spiaggia, i lavori non interferiscono. Grazie Keith per il tuo aiuto! ❤️

Very new and clean hotel. Good breakfast and good view from the pool. It is the most comfortable hotel in my Thailand trip this year.

it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. This hotel was only four months old when I was standing there in February 2024. Everything is new and clean. The staff was friendly. my favorite part of the day was breakfast because the food was good and it was nice seeing a Russian chef wishing me a good morning. Pretty big gym, saunas. And a beautiful pool. The best area where you can stay in Phuket. You can go to Maya Beach, the Catch beach club, Cafe Del Mar and a fancy restaurant Carpe Diam beach club. No kids in the hotel 😍 best for couples!

You have to pay a deposit before your stay (hotel needs to inform this information here) I like the breakfast so much!!!!!

Check in took a bit long but overall was a good stay The breakfast buffet was great Well equipped gym and sauna It is conveniently located near bangtao beach and bangtao mma where i did my camp

Super happy with this hotel, we had a great time. Nice facilities, just unfortunate that there is a lot of construction going on in the area so the rest of the street mostly consists out of construction fences and unfinished buildings. The view from the 7th floor is great, nice ocean view.

Horrible location in the middle of a dusty, loud construction site on all sides. All Facilities close at 18:00. Locker room was dirty. Ice room is just an air conditioned space. Room is very basic and new but cheap furniture with pillows that have 0 support and you needed 4 just to have any head or neck support. Dozens and dozens of better hotel options in Phuket.

A truly remarkable hotel. The rooms are modern & spacious & very clean. The spa facilities are top notch and the trea**ents available are cutting edge. The staff are incredible with us being treated exceptionally well. There is building work being done around the hotel itself but the windows are sound proof so you are not disturbed. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

I’m not sure how many stars this hotel is supposed to be but I would say 4 stars by American standards. Very new hotel, maybe a few months old. Modern, clean, boutique sized. Adults only. Room was comfortable, good size, has a balcony and small kitchen. Decent toiletries, regularly replenished. TV didn’t have many channels, pretty much just news out of English language channels. Robes, flip flops and beach bag provided. As well as beach towels. There is construction all around but I was never bothered by the noise while in my room- the howling/barking dogs and roosters make more noise and were still a relatively minor nuisance. Breakfast is good, in a nice setting on the rooftop, but could use more variety from day to day. You can order eggs any way you want from the kitchen - they don’t publicize this but you can. Not a fan of the coffee machine at breakfast. The pool is nice, clean and well maintained. Didn’t try the restaurant for other meals, it was usually empty. The beach is a short walk away but there are no sidewalks so it’s not a pleasant walk especially at night when there is no light and you’re sharing space with scooters and cars. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach and Boat Avenue (an area with shops and restaurants, away from the beach) but on a fairly limited schedule. On the beach nearby are plenty of places to rent sunbeds and umbrellas, get food/drinks, party at night. There is a 24 hour mini mart, massage spots and other businesses a short walk away as well. Can’t complain about the location, just wish the area was more pedestrian friendly. If you rent a car or scooter, then it’s perfect. Had a couple of issues with my room but the hotel addressed them immediately. The typical guests here are a couple, anywhere from mid 20s to 50 in age. One day the hotel brought a complimentary fruit plate to my room, which was very nice. Please note that you need cash for the room deposit when checking in. Not a credit card. So come prepared. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Excellent new hotel close to Bangtao Beach. Room was a good size, with a nice view of the surrounding area. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. Massage was amazing, and definitely needed after a long trip. Food was also very tasty, and staff were on hand to help with anything.
