Full disclosure: I am an IHG loyalty member, but this is one reason why: We were visiting family in Haddonfield, and I was so glad to find one of my IHG hotels so close by. As usual, the hotel was clean, quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Some of my other family staying at the hotel with us had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in 30 years, and they were very happy with our accommodations. Upon arriving home 4.5 hrs away, I realized I left an extremely important piece of medical DME at the hotel. I called immediately at 830pm, and Dana answered and not only assured me they had my equipment, but remembered us immediately from 12 hours before. She emailed me what she needed, I emailed her back, and she overnighted my equipment the next day. As usual, Holiday Inn/Express lived up to my expectations, then surpassed them.
