Hotel a Cala en Porter, Spagna

Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti nel castello di Rafael e Anna. Camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Solo il box doccia era molto stretto, ma ci siamo semplicemente adattati. Asciugamani freschi e pulizia della camera tutti i giorni. Ho apprezzato la cucina di Anna 2 volte. Menu semplice ma di buon gusto

Il posto migliore in cui siamo stati finora, il trattamento impareggiabile è attribuito alle due ragazze alla reception, hanno risolto tutti i problemi all'istante e ti hanno trattato con una gentilezza straordinaria. Il responsabile dell'Hotel Roberto fornisce un decimo del cibo. Non sa cosa fare nella cucina italiana. Se ti piace la cucina nazionale, lo chef avrà un futuro brillante. Il fatto è che quello che mi sorprende è che qualcuno ti faccia stare in un hotel come un sogno. Non posso ignorare l'ottimo lavoro dell'unica donna delle pulizie che possiede un hotel impeccabile, non aggiungerò il 100% in più di suggerimenti, ci congratuleremo senza dubbio di nuovo con te.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay here ( now called The Osprey). We arrived on the 9/7/23. Our room was ready, staff on reception very helpful. Safety deposit boxes in rooms no weekly charge just €5.00 deposit. You can also borrow pool towels for €10.00 deposit ( refunded when returned). I am also advised that you can borrow a kettle and an iron. The room itself was lovely, clean nice towels and bedding etc. Room also has a mini fridge. The Bar/ restaurant lovely with amazing views. Nice pool and sun beds etc again very clean. Bar/ restaurant staff all lovely, very attentive & an absolute credit to the hotel. We ate there & honestly we weren’t disappointed. I would completely recommend staying/ eating at the hotel. We would definitely return!

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 10 giorni ..... abbiamo preso avendo.una bimba di quasi 2 anni un appartamento e devo dire spazioso...comodo e molto pulito.... piscina grande e molto carina e anche la piscina per i bimbi è veramente qualcosa di ottimo.... mangiare veramente curato e sempre abbondante con personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.... ogni sera per chi non vuole uscire c'è sempre uno spettacolo nella sala terrazzo adibita a bar.... Soltanto tre annotazioni.. la prima che avevamo la vasca che si riempiva di acqua non defluendo regolarmente e quindi ristagna va e per fare 3 docce occorreva aspettare un po di tempo..... soltanto al 3 sollecito sono riusciti a risolvere il problema .... tutte le sere post cena anche quando siamo usciti siamo sempre passati al bar consumando e guardando lo spettacolo così la bimba ballava... una sera abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere di acqua x la bimba ci è stato detto che acqua non era possibile se non acquistando una bottiglia.... un grande albergo credo non debba rispondere in questo modo..... ultima cosa x me nella mezza pensione come in questa struttura è giusto che le bevande vadano sempre pagate ma credo sia anche giusto non far pagare l acqua....
