I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

Beds are really uncomfortable comfortable and the staff refused to give us a key to the room

國內四星級酒店的價格，國內一星級旅館的設施。沒有熱水，無線不能用，毛巾也沒有，雖然我也不會用，更不用説拖鞋洗漱用品啥的。 周邊環境也破，這個不怪他們，開羅本來就這麼破。 埃及這個地方，酒店五星級跟四星雖然衹差了一星，裏面設施是天差地別，對居住環境有要求的，儘量還是選五星吧。 我住過的最沒有性價比的酒店，目前沒有之一。

比較老舊的酒店 很破 類似國內的小旅店 早餐很差

我第一次感覺被攜程欺騙了，一直很相信攜程的，後面客服雖然合適的處理結果，但是真的是最差的一次體驗，攜程官方提供的圖片和我本人入住的圖片，從酒店大門到酒店大樓還有酒店電梯完全沒有一點跟官方提供的一樣的，我400多人民幣定的酒店，我自己都驚呆了，雖然錢不多，但是大半夜從機場去了，內心五味雜陳，我想過有落差，沒想到一言難盡啊，早上起床還看到房頂上有人拿着槍，我還以為我到了柬埔寨詐騙工業園呢，沒有半句虛言。

The people make this place worth the stay! The building is a little run down but it’s very affordable, the breakfast is really good and the staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The check-in took about 10 mins which was very quick compared to other hotels in the same category. The room was quite spacious considering it was a single room. The breakfast was decent with Egyptian and western cuisines to choose from. The only issue I encountered was the elevators. On one occasion, the main elevator wasn't working and one of the staff showed me the way to another one. I was a bit delayed but nothing too problematic. All in all I'd say it's a decent value for money hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and conveniently located close to transport, restaurants, shopping malls,.. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in great location. The stuff very helpful , restaurant need improvement , management very professional .

Breakfast was no good. Toilets were not functioning well. Reception area was not good.
