Sono arrivata alle 2 di notte e mi hanno dato la camera solo alle 4,30 di mattina attesa interminabile arrivavo da viaggio intercontinentale molto lungo

L'hotel è buono! La colazione non è gustosa! Soldi prelevati 2 volte per il numero un mese è già passato e non c'è ancora nessun rimborso! Tutti gli assegni sono con me! Consiglio salva tutte le ricevute! Per un trasferimento, è comodo come in aeroporto!

3 stelle per il servizio ostile alla reception dell'hotel e insistendo sul fatto che sono cinese mentre consegno loro il mio passaporto americano, anche l'aria condizionata è trapelata per tutta la seconda notte e quando ho scoperto che intorno alle 5:30, mi è stato chiesto di spostare i miei bagagli / cose in un'altra stanza sullo stesso piano. Tutto quello che ho chiesto è stato un carrello per spostare i miei bagagli e mi è stato detto che nessuno è disponibile e ho dovuto spostarne la maggior parte sul mio pezzo per pezzo nonostante i carrelli fossero disponibili nella hall!

a very strategic hotel ideal from stop overs in Cairo. with direct access from terminal 3 it is very easy to reach from airport in 1 minute. It is quite expensive hotel,156 euro a night for kingsize bedroom,but it is very confortable. Breakfast is good,and starts at 4.00 am.

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff, directly cinnected to terminal 3 of cairo airport. Hotel room is very clean and have s modern decoration has a chinese restaurant that offer great chinese food.

The location at the airport is very convenient. Large clean rooms with free water and tea facilities. Possibility to have a late check out.

I booked a room with Breakfast during the month of Ramadan, and I checked in at around 3 pm. I was fasting, and when the time came for breaking my fast, they would not let me use my complimentary breakfast entitlement to break fast in the hotel restaurant. I spoke to the duty manager, but to no avail. Very bad guest service.

Very good stay, although it was very short. Very quick walk to hotel upon arrival and staff were quick to check me in. The hotel room was spacious and clean, just what’s needed after a long flight. Although I didn’t have time to use it, the pool looked very nice from my room window. I would happily stay again.

Great hotel ! The staff was amazing and the room service food was great.

+ Very good location, very clean, modern room, nice heated pool, very good selection of breakfast items, very friendly staff + they gave late check out for free till 4 pm when requested in the morning, very helpful as our outbound flight was in the evening - The directions at airport could have been better to take the trolley to the airport walk bridge (not hotel's fault). -The queue at checkout was long, so keep spare time aside to reach the airport check-in on time. - The key card stopped working at 12pm even though a late checkout was offered. I had to go to the reception to get it reactivated
