I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Although the room design is old style(not renovated one), the room is clean and the sea view is amazing. Great location especially to the meet up point of skydive and diving. Just 5 mins walk. ****** is just nearby so you don’t need to worry the night activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the stay a lot.

I stayed here twice - the first time, an ordinary room, the 2nd time, I thought maybe the Horizon Club might be a higher level. Before I say anything, I may choose to stay again for the location! This property is not 'Shangri-LA' as you would expect - the windows are all dirty which is disappointing for 'Marina View' rooms... The Horizon lounge furniture is closer to school lunch hall style, and the dinner - well, I don't eat in food halls with sausage rolls and spring rolls. We ate in the main street which was AWESOME!. The ping pong table is bent, bats are without surface, and the air hockey machine without pucks.. Basically a 'cashing in on the brand' experience...

Great staff! We dropped our passport on the Uber and the Uber driver asked for $100 to return it to us. When the concierge saw that, she rushed towards us and reprimanded the driver and insisted that he return us the money. The receptionist almost got into a fight with the driver for us and managed to force the driver to return us our passport and the money and we were so grateful for that! It was our first day in Cairns and she helped turn our day around. Kudos to Pilar and Charlotte for helping us that day! Very convenient location with short walk to the reef terminal and lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a great night life right here at the hotel. Good view of the sea from the hotel too.

Stayed 4+1 nights here. Very bad experiences in the end: my wife’s jacket was lost inside the wardrobe, I had to take taxi from airport to the front desk seeking assistance and told them to urgently help as my flight boarding is half hour later. They shared the room had been occupied by new guests and if there is anything left by us the cleaner should have found it. I said I am in a high rush and why not you staff just escort me to go to the room and take a look. They said they need seek internal approvals and when the senior officer came out, she repeated the same words. All of them simply ignored that I was in rush and blindly asked me to be patient, and then they worked in an over-patient way by keeping me at the front desk area without any certainty. Finally I realized going to miss the air flight and had to leave. Half way back to airport they called my wife saying that they have found the jacket and that I am the wrong party who didn’t patiently wait for them to slowly slowly take their time. What a joke! Isn’t said by them that new guests have moved in and if there is anything left by us they should have found it? So now how did they find it out? And, I am the wrong party? I am supposed to wait for them to take time and miss air flight? What a lousy team! They should have worked as officials in a third-class country, who are good at killing time, twisting words and blaming others, rather than in the front line of a reputable hotel.

The apartment is rather new. Location is the biggest its advantage. Vert close to bus station and restaurants. The whole block of 1/2 bedroom apartments are next to the “hotel”. The check in and out processes were fast without hassle.
During my stay, I found some daily problems that I had to sort out. As the staff at the reception said the apartment is managed by the hotel, however, it is not serviced exactly as the hotel rooms. I prefer to have some information sheet telling some basics solutions.
It was not cleaned up every day. We had the cleaning services for the 4th, 8th morning. I have to ask for refilling such as clean towels, toilet papers, rubbish bin bags, dishwashing tabs, I also need to empty the rubbish or food garbage.
Most disappointing, someone having their food in room and drop them nearby my door daily. As the temperature is hot there and stinky smell was suck.

Questi hotel vincono il primo posto tra gli altri hotel sulla nostra gita di Cairns! Brand nuovi con il personale di lavanderia che sono sempre là per rendere il vostro soggiorno perfetto. L'hotel dispone di quattro piscine in questa bella zona di cortesia che si trova davanti alla spiaggia, in modo che si può nuotare con la vista. Tuttavia, le piscine non sono affatto ricche. La piscina familiare non sembra, ma è vuota con sabbia, piccole fontane e tutti sembravano divertirsi. Le camere sono spaziose e i letti sono super comodi. Balconi sono costruiti per uso esterno con mobili e anche luce notturna. La vista vale la pena!

L'appartamento 2 camere da letto ci adatta molto bene (2 coppie). Ha più spazio di abbastanza. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato. La posizione è anche buona, molto vicina al supermercato, non troppo lontano dal terminale di rief (20 min a piedi).
Tuttavia, il wifi era terribile, molto cattivo. I letti erano solo in ordine. Anche la piccola quantità di forniture di toletta ci ha disturbato.

UUtente ospite1) È stato un incubo. Ho raggiunto l'ostello alle 6:30 e ho capito che non c'era nessuna ricezione, ma per l'ingresso di Goki. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un avviso da Goki che ”no prenotazione” dopo aver chiuso il mio numero di conferma. Ho avuto un shock e ho continuato a chiedere aiuto da stranieri all'interno dell'albero. Quando l'ho risolto, era come le 8:30 e mi sono sentito famevole.
2) Anche se Goki è un sistema facile ma devi portare il tuo cellulare ovunque tu vai anche al bagno, ad esempio (che succede se dimentica di portare fuori il telefono); c'era un tempo il mio telefono era quasi fuori dalla batteria (l'1% a sinistra) e devo pagarlo rapidamente prendendo in prestito un corrispettivo da altri.
3) Non c'è finestra nella mia stanza (singola) e la temperatura dell'aria condizionata è fuori dal mio controllo
4) La zona di accoglienza si apre solo fino alle 2:00 al giorno, dopo la quale è necessario chiamare per qualsiasi servizio di custodia. È davvero svantaggiante per il primo che vuole sapere di Cairns in termini di direzioni, luoghi di interesse, ecc.
5) La posizione è eccellente, ma non credo che io consiglierei questo ostello ai miei amici in futuro.

Cercano sempre di aiutare con le nostre domande e di fornire suggerimenti per la nostra pianificazione del viaggio! Tuttavia, attenzione al mattino (alto 6:30am) casa mantenendo se vuoi dormire in tutto, mi è piaciuto rimanere lì e divertirmi molto a Cairns!

UUtente ospite11月末、雨季の初めに当たってしまい、土砂降りの中朝の4時に着いてしまって6時くらいにホテルに着き、ホテルが閉まっててどうしようと思っていたら、ホテルにいた滞在者に開けてもらった。
ホテルの中は清潔感あり、とてもリラックス出来た。
アーリーチェックインもしてくれて、対応もとても良かったけど、アメニティーは、ほとんどなく、固形の石鹸とシャンプー、リンスの小さいのが一つ。
7日間までは、タオルのチェンジもアメニティーの追加もなし…
夏でムシムシしてるのになと思いながら、オーストラリアは、ほとんどタオルチェンジがないから（水不足とか資源を守る為）仕方ないと思った。
ロケーションは、メインの所から10分くらいだからと思っていたけど、ベビーカー連れては、中々遠かった。
ホテルの人の対応や清潔感を含めると、まー良かったと思う。

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

SSandy.cccit's quite clean, the service is good, and it's very convenient to eat around. Next time I come to Cairns, I will stay in Cairns. The surrounding bars are very lively！

TTam coupleMolto gd posizione. Camminare conveniente per mangiare e piazzare. Amore il piacevole colazione sul veranda! Un hotel di carattere! L'unico punto in basso sarebbe che alcune strutture all'interno della stanza sono un po' vecchie. Il doccia nella nostra stanza è gocciolando. Il rumore di notte potrebbe essere alto!

VVilimaina PepenaGrande ospite Friendly Staff è molto conveniente per la cena. Le camere sono state molto spaziose e pulite e ti fa sentire a casa, una volta accolto e io amo l'approccio amichevole del personale 🙏🏼 E sicuramente ritornerà a Mantra Trilogy Cairns nel prossimo futuro.

UUtente ospiteL'igiene è pulita, le strutture sono complete e il posto è buono.Ma la reception non è un lavoro 24 ore, l'hotel locale di rapida assistenza sembra essere così, se è necessario salvare il bagaglio.Non posso uscire dal lavoro dopo le 4:00. C'è un altro giorno di marcia nel giorno della partenza, e ci vuole un piano attento per il problema della custodia dei bagagli.
Inoltre, abbiamo fissato un ristorante cinese, e il ristorante cinese è stato fermato domenica pomeriggio fino a martedì mattina (non ricordo in particolare), ma non è stato fatto.Si consiglia di indicare l'ora di funzionamento del ristorante cinese nell'introduzione dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteThis was my second time staying at this hotel. The first was a much better experience. It seems it all depends on the room. This time we got room 101, on the corner of the building and next to the entrance gate and more importantly, next to a street intersection. It was quite noisy all night as trucks and busses accelerate from the intersection. I asked the desk clerk when we checked in if we could have a different room and he refused, even though other rooms were available. I couldn't quite figure out his reasoning. Anyway, this room also sufferers from a very weak air conditioner and is a little smaller than the last room we got (room 119). Basically, the hotel is fine, but your experience may differ based on the specific room.
