Il personale è utile e amichevole. La posizione è perfetta e il bar/club è sempre occupato. Puoi mangiare, bere e festeggiare tutti nello stesso posto. L'aria condizionata nelle stanze era un po' troppo forte, e non c'è un controllore per modificare la stanza. Il letto deve essere fatto da te stesso quando arrivi.Sarebbe bello trovarlo.Un cappello e una luce individuale nel letto sarebbe davvero utile. L'edificio è molto grande e dispone di spazio sufficiente nelle aree comuni e cucina (che è occupato in qualsiasi momento). I servizi sono complessivamente buoni.

Dopo una notte ho lasciato un altro ostello locale, perché era troppo rumorevole - volevo un posto per un buon riposo, così potevo davvero godere tutti i meravigliosi viaggi di giorno vicino. Ho prenotato una camera da letto (bagno condiviso) il giorno e sono rimasto per 4 notti - grande valore per i soldi e davvero il lavoro - ho avuto un ottimo riposo qui. Altri ospiti erano di tutte le età e erano amici. L'ostello era molto tranquillo a notte e si è messo su qualche divertimento facoltativo (ho scelto di non partecipare e non mi ha disturbato). La zona della piscina è piccola ma grande! La zona della cucina grande da cucinare e magazzinare cibo. Il personale è stato fantastico per aiutarmi a prenotare viaggi di giorno e la posizione è fantastica per questi (ho fatto il Grande Barrier Reef, il skyrail di Karunda e il viaggio daintree da qui e la posizione era perfetta).

Questo hotel si trova a soli 10 a 10-minute a piedi al centro della città e ai fantastici pub e caffè sulla Esplanade. Se vuoi farlo in 2 minuti, ottenga uno dei scooter elettrici fuori dalla zona di accoglienza. La cassaforte è benvenuta e molto amichevole, rendendo il mio soggiorno un piacere 3-week. L'unico svantaggio è che il loro ristorante non è aperto ogni notte, ma non un problema quando si è così vicino a tutto quello che la città deve offrire.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo Double Tree Hotel e oggi abbiamo controllato. In generale, l'hotel è molto fondamentale non soddisfare le mie aspettative. - il colazione è così basilare e noioso, non molto varietà - la stanza è standard - hanno chiesto di svegliarsi chiamare il ricevitore dell'hotel è stato dimenticato - fortunatamente non siamo in ritardo per il volo iniziale - Anche la ricezione dimentica di prenotare il taxi La posizione è buona Non mi consiglierei per le mie famiglie e per i miei amici.

Ho avuto una doppia camera vista sul mare.Molto bella vista.La migliore posizione, la marcia di mare è vicino all'hotel (posso vedere al mio balcone).Ho letto recensioni dicendo che è vecchia, ma in realtà è mantenuta in modo accettabile.Non aspettare il lussuoso design 5 stelle Il bagno è grande,con una piccola piscina riscaldata.Il giardino è piccolo ma sufficiente,sempre vuoto.Le camere sono pulite, aggiornate quotidianamente.Sii attento il bagno ha solo mezzo vetro coperto, nessun inondazione sarebbe accaduto se fosse attento. Molto piacevole, molto utile e buon personale di servizio frontale. Molto buono per il valore.

Non mi sono mai fermato con Bounce, ma ho interagito con il personale su un argomento diverso, e sono stato molto impressionato dal modo in cui volevano risolvere il problema e dalla loro proattività. Penso che se il personale si accontenta di qualcuno che non si trova nel loro alloggio, deve essere un posto molto buono per rimanere in veste di ospite.Ben fatto e grazie ancora per tutto il vostro aiuto e per il risultato positivo!

Rooms were fine. Security could be better as anyone can drive or walk on to the property anytime. They charge you $3 for a small bottle of water which they should give it to you for free, nothing wrong with the tap water. Restaurant out front was good also. Free wifi, works well.

We recently spent two nights at the Pacific Hotel Cairns and found it to be good value, well located and clean. The room was modern and the beds really comfortable. The only downside was the view onto the parking lot but we didn't book to enjoy the view from the room so that was fine. Also have a nice buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. We look forward to going back again soon.

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

One of the best and spacious hotel rooms in Cairns ..so comfortable and lots of room and space to move around ..friendly staff they make your checking in so easy and you can sleep Like a baby in their very comfortable bed .Will love to return again to Pullman when opportunity avails.
