"Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo vissuto tre notti.Il panorama fuori dalla finestra è fantastico, i bambini si rilassano elegantemente sulla piazza.Tutte le camere sono buone, posso godere di un'esperienza straordinaria. Non ho fatto servizio domestico durante la mia abitazione (compresi il sostituto dei maglioni e la raccolta di scarpe), ma è molto breve, quindi ho lavato abbastanza da solo.
Solo pochi passi dalla città."

Molto buono
MMin Ts***L'appartamento è piuttosto nuovo. La posizione è il più grande vantaggio. Verde vicino alla stazione di autobus e ristoranti. L'intero blocco di appartamenti 1/2 dormitorio sono accanto al “hotel”. I processi di check-in e check-out erano rapidi senza problemi.
Durante il mio soggiorno ho trovato alcuni problemi quotidiani che dovevo risolvere. Tuttavia, come il personale della ricezione ha detto che l'appartamento è gestito dall'hotel, non è servito esattamente come le camere dell'hotel. Preferirei avere una serie di fogli informativi che raccontano alcune soluzioni di base.
Non è stato pulito ogni giorno. Abbiamo avuto i servizi di pulizia per la 4a e 8a mattina. Devo chiedere di riempire come asciugamani puliti, carta da bagno, sacchetti di rubinetto, tavole di lavaggio, devo anche vuotare la rubinetto o il bagaglio di cibo.
La cosa più deludente è che qualcuno ha il cibo in camera e li ha gettati vicino alla mia porta ogni giorno, perché la temperatura è calda e l'odore che profuma è stato scioccato.

GGeng TianmingStayed 4+1 nights here. Very bad experiences in the end: my wife’s jacket was lost inside the wardrobe, I had to take taxi from airport to the front desk seeking assistance and told them to urgently help as my flight boarding is half hour later. They shared the room had been occupied by new guests and if there is anything left by us the cleaner should have found it. I said I am in a high rush and why not you staff just escort me to go to the room and take a look. They said they need seek internal approvals and when the senior officer came out, she repeated the same words. All of them simply ignored that I was in rush and blindly asked me to be patient, and then they worked in an over-patient way by keeping me at the front desk area without any certainty. Finally I realized going to miss the air flight and had to leave. Half way back to airport they called my wife saying that they have found the jacket and that I am the wrong party who didn’t patiently wait for them to slowly slowly take their time. What a joke! Isn’t said by them that new guests have moved in and if there is anything left by us they should have found it? So now how did they find it out? And, I am the wrong party? I am supposed to wait for them to take time and miss air flight? What a lousy team! They should have worked as officials in a third-class country, who are good at killing time, twisting words and blaming others, rather than in the front line of a reputable hotel.

HHajeinthanStayed here for Xmas. The apartments are located in walking distance to Esplanade and shops. The pools gym and sauna are nice. The room was mainly clean. Had some stain on our bedsheet. We used another bedsheet on top to cover.

L'aria condizionata nelle stanze era un po' troppo forte, e non c'è un controllore per modificare la stanza.
Il letto deve essere fatto da te stesso quando arrivi.Sarebbe bello trovarlo.Un cappello e una luce individuale nel letto sarebbe davvero utile.
L'edificio è molto grande e dispone di spazio sufficiente nelle aree comuni e cucina (che è occupato in qualsiasi momento).
I servizi sono complessivamente buoni.

UUtente ospiteWe chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops.
The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness.
The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs.
The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board.
The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

UUtente ospite11月末、雨季の初めに当たってしまい、土砂降りの中朝の4時に着いてしまって6時くらいにホテルに着き、ホテルが閉まっててどうしようと思っていたら、ホテルにいた滞在者に開けてもらった。
ホテルの中は清潔感あり、とてもリラックス出来た。
アーリーチェックインもしてくれて、対応もとても良かったけど、アメニティーは、ほとんどなく、固形の石鹸とシャンプー、リンスの小さいのが一つ。
7日間までは、タオルのチェンジもアメニティーの追加もなし…
夏でムシムシしてるのになと思いながら、オーストラリアは、ほとんどタオルチェンジがないから（水不足とか資源を守る為）仕方ないと思った。
ロケーションは、メインの所から10分くらいだからと思っていたけど、ベビーカー連れては、中々遠かった。
ホテルの人の対応や清潔感を含めると、まー良かったと思う。

They charge you $3 for a small bottle of water which they should give it to you for free, nothing wrong with the tap water. Restaurant out front was good also. Free wifi, works well.

UUtente ospiteThis was my second time staying at this hotel. The first was a much better experience. It seems it all depends on the room. This time we got room 101, on the corner of the building and next to the entrance gate and more importantly, next to a street intersection. It was quite noisy all night as trucks and busses accelerate from the intersection. I asked the desk clerk when we checked in if we could have a different room and he refused, even though other rooms were available. I couldn't quite figure out his reasoning. Anyway, this room also sufferers from a very weak air conditioner and is a little smaller than the last room we got (room 119). Basically, the hotel is fine, but your experience may differ based on the specific room.
