Great location and staff that accommodated us due to changes due to weather

Stayed a number of times, good location, Cairns can be expensive but can’t blame businesses trying to catch up in busy times as everything else was expensive. Clean, tidy and friendly staff.

Location is convenient and easy to go different scenic spot, but wifi is terribly weak!

Staff were friendly enough, facilities were good, location was central. One negative was that I had to kill a small cockroach.

Short escapes to cairns? You must be stay here. Located in the central of CBD, you don't need to worry about commute everywhere.

The hotel feels rather old and battered. The guests are given regular keys instead of keycards, the walls and the apartment entrance doors are so thin that I could hear my neighbours 24/7. The lift works without tapping the keycard, so anyone can go to any floor. The reception closes at 8, so there is noone to help if anything happens later in the evening/at night. I also heard people shouting in the hallways at night. In general, I just didn't feel safe at this hotel as a solo female traveller.

繁華街にも程近くナイスなロケーション。清潔な室内と落ち着く静寂は夜をゆっくり過ごすにもいい。受付も親切。

受付の感じは良くないのと、部屋は配管の音なのか分かりませんが、大きな音で目が覚めます。最初は建物が崩れるのかと驚きました。ベランダのロックは特に注意が必要です。閉めた後、鍵は重量にて下がってロックされます。したがって、インロックのリスクがあります。インロックされ、救出まで時間がかかり、途方に暮れた経験から、このホテルはオススメしません。
