Spent 4 nights at the Cairns Plaza and couldn’t have been happier. Good, clean room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant with it. Excellent location for getting around - 15 mins walk from the reef terminals and 3 mins walk to the bus to the botanical gardens. Very close to cafes/restaurants, the night market and shops. I knew beforehand there was no hotel restaurant but breakfast/meal boxes available to purchase. I would happily go back

location is good , staff are friendly, we have booked a sea view room, which is wonderful.

I booked my husband here while I was in the private hospital around the corner. It was perfect, he was really happy with the service at reception, the cleanliness of the room and its proximity to everything, the hospital which was an easy walk, the beach, the cbd. We would absolutely stay again. Fantastic thank you!

We had a great two night stay at Cairns Plaza Hotel. Although we were visiting Cairns for the sad circumstances of a funeral, we found the service provided by this hotel to be exemplary. The staff were friendly and approachable - and helpful too with storing our luggage and ensuring our taxi arrived safely. The room was wonderfully clean and the beds very comfortable. Thank you, Cairns Plaza Hotel, for helping us during this difficult time for us.

Very kind hosts, very close beautiful beach, big swimming pool for kids, laundry room, clean room, perfect hotel !!!!

Good location

Good experience for business trips. Easy parking. Good location.

還不錯，房間大有小泳池，房間大，我們兩大一小就就適合這種一個大床一個小床的，價格合適臨近反而便宜了，之前都900多，臨近變成670，比民宿還便宜，非常好，前台不會很早下班，晚點check in也可以，酒店離夜市不遠，但還是開車比較方便，凱恩斯週日停車免費，所以如果安排行程週日出海最好了放在碼頭邊全部免費，去每一個地方都可以開車方便，酒店大堂是m層，車停到的二層平台是1層，有電梯可以進酒店

前台服務特別好。預訂的房間靠海，每天打掃整潔乾淨。還有微波爐和冰箱可以放水果和餐食。酒店離中心很近，非常推薦。

酒店位置非常好，就在地標游泳池附近，房間明亮舒適，衞生狀況非常好，前台可以寄存行李很方便，附近有個yumcha（飲茶）的粵菜中餐還是外國友人司機推薦給我們的。對住宿很滿意必須給滿分，可惜的是凱恩斯已經今非昔比，十年前esplanade步道邊上就能看到清澈海水和好多巴掌大的水母，這次衹能看到退潮後泥灘塗和漲潮後的黃泥水，外堡礁也關閉了，不知道是不是過度開發了。

它家有三人的房間，是位數不多適合單數人數的。地理位置很好，離muddy cafe很近，住客有10% off

我們住酒店的一天，晚上10點以後突然斷電，沒有任何客房服務通知發生了什麼，打電話去前台才知道斷電了，然後這個電力一整晚都沒有恢復。整個房間都非常熱，當地氣温在30度左右，一整晚都沒有空調，感覺很差。也沒有收到任何道歉和解釋聲明，或任何補償。不會再住這家酒店了。

出門就是muddy playground，靠着海灘，地理位置是酒店最大的優點。這裏的海灘能下到灘塗上，灘塗極軟，很容易陷進去，建議不要走遠。酒店本身房間挺大，缺點是隔音一般。一樓有投幣洗衣機，洗衣液要另外買，2刀一個洗衣球，略坑。

環境不錯，靠海，十分適合度假。旁邊可以步行去租船的地方，出海釣魚。酒店附近有非常大的游泳池，像個小湖。衞生也不錯
