We stayed overnight after watching the fireworks show on the 30th The room was clean and the room service was good We had a flickering light in the cr and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes Hotel is next to Sta Lucia mall and the LRT station Also many jeepney are available to go to many locations Highly recommend for the price We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future Thank you Sogo

The place is clean and location is very accessible. The staff are polite and accommodating. Been here a couple of times and would recommend to others.

Overall stay is excellent. Room is clean, mabilis wifi, hindi maingay, may hot shower.

I booked the hotel for convenience since the evebt i attended was in Sta Lucia East Mall only. First night was amazing. Second night and last is almost disaster. I requested fro housekeeping but they never provided same things on the first night. I even called reception and theyctook 1.5 hrs for bottled water. No soap, no shampoo. They did not even change the pillow cases. But location is very practical so I might if given the chance book this hotel again soon.

All is ok.. the staff is approachable

This sogo needs a lot of work. Staff is confused and the Wifi is horrible. But the worst part is No Hot water !!!.. The staff can not get their act together ! The elevator is broken to the parking garage and they have the wires pulled out trying to get it to work.. Dangerous Situation ! The owner needs to know the problems and fix these issues !

it's old and has no proper customer service experience. but enough for business travellers with a budget

The people are very accommodating and the place is very clean and orderly. Location is easy to access.

You get what you pay for. Room is clean. Staff are nice and approachable.

当方、ココを利用するのは2回目。前回は問題なかったというかスタッフの動きが素晴らしかったので今回も !って予約したのですが、、、、、最悪 ! 予約完了の通知がきたのにも関わらず、部屋が準備されてない。1時間くらい待たされたにも関わらず、◯×◯✖️文句は言われ、謝罪等は一切なし。部屋に入るとアメニティも無くて、持って来たのは一人分だけ ! トイレだけ仕様させてもらい、すぐチェックアウトしました。もう２度とお世話になる事はないでしょー 台風接近もあり、チョー最悪でした
