We are traveling to Florida and stopped here at around 1:30 am. We had stopped at another hotel and when we walked in the front desk person was sleeping. Had to tap on desk to wake her up! The hotel was pretty expensive. So we went up the road a bit and found the Avid. Glad we did! It was reasonably priced. But most importantly Brandon working at the desk and not only was he awake, he was super friendly! Even though we were tired we stayed downstairs and chatted a while. He made our night, my husband is a coach so they were talking sports. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay here again.

I was in this Avid hotel Mar 1,2025. I went down to the breakfast bar. It was very busy. I talked with some people and found out they were stopping at the half way mark on their way to Florida. So I met Mikayla as she was stocking up the breakfast bar. Everytime something went out of stock she was refilling. She was by herself working. I thought she did an awesome job. If you are ever need of a hotel in byron . Avid is a good hotel to stay.

This hotel was such a nice find! Efficient and friendly front desk service. Room was clean and comfortable. The best way I can describe this hotel is efficient. Lots of hard surfaces, sparsely decorated, but it has everything you need. Rooms are a little small, well lit and not carpeted. Large bottles of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, cream, rinse, and body wash are provided. Nicely lit bathroom mirror. No closet, but hooks and hangers are provided for clothing. As well as Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board. Freshly ground coffee available 24 hours. Breakfast was the usual… Scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. and served from 6:30 AM until 9:30 AM. Perfect spot for an overnight stay.

This is by far the cleanest property that I have been to in years! The facility was impeccably clean and the lady at the front desk, Christine, was most gracious and very professional as I worked through a mistake on my part with a package delivery.. I recommend this property

so this vist was funny there this nice guy name brandon and also ISG was the most cleanest and eye dropping hotel i have seen and the quality of the room was top tier the bed was comfy and the breakfast was also the best i had at any hotel i ever stay at.

Brandon was very respectful and he show me and few friends good service and maybe the best person to fit this role. I will love to come back to this hotel.we love the breakfast in the morning great room service and he was very respectful. Next year I will be back more then ever.

Service was amazing along with the hotel staff. The front desk receptionist, Christine, was awesome; she helped me to get the right room and very friendly. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely make this on my list of repeat hotels to stay in if traveling in Georgia.

I recently stayed at the Avid hotel and I received outstanding customer service from Audrey, Lilly, and Emily in housekeeping. I made a mistake regarding the date of my visit and Lilly was able to change my reservation to the correct date. Audrey ensured I was able to check in early. Thank you Emily for a really clean room. My visit was amazing.
