Kuala Lumpur: i migliori hotel per soggiorni di lavoro

Molto spaziosa e pulita. Ma è stato detto che la TV è solo per lo spettacolo non può guardare affatto. Il resto è molto soddisfatto. Se la macchina non va all'auto prima. Parcheggio al lato valle e digli che stai check-in. Non mi è stato detto di farlo e mi ha costato rm20 solo per entrare.

Il check-in è stato piuttosto tardi e lento. Ho contattato la direzione prima di venire ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Al momento del check-in, la camera era grande e pulita. Tuttavia l'aria condizionata nel soggiorno non funzionava, ma va bene perché quella nella sala da pranzo funzionava bene. L'aria condizionata nella seconda stanza non era affatto fredda. Nel complesso la camera era confortevole, con un'ottima vista e pulita. Ma i servizi e le dotazioni della camera sono piuttosto scadenti. La piscina è bella ma ostruita dai lavori di costruzione.

Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasn’t great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this ‘apartment’ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.

Nuovo appartamento. Posizione fantastica con distanza a piedi dai negozi. Anche le scale hanno molti bellissimi ristoranti. Grandi soggiorni. Bella vista del parco cieco anche! Certamente prenotare di nuovo.

Vacanza breve. Hotel pulito..personale cordiale e disponibile. Sono così sorpreso che l'hotel si sia sforzato di decorare la mia stanza e mi abbia fatto i complimenti per la torta di buon anniversario..mi avete reso la giornata...anche se alcuni posti sono stati ristrutturati, ma nel complesso sono felice di soggiornare in questo hotel e sicuramente condividerò con amici e familiari il soggiorno al Sunway Putra Hotel.

My experience of spending my new year’s eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again. In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday. Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new year’s eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new year’s eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldn’t be given any drinks. We didn’t care about drinks anyway, so why couldn’t they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I can’t help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new year’s eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy it thoroughly. There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it. Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel. Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.

Ha superato le aspettative. La stanza era pulita e ordinata, senza odori. La posizione era buona. Di fronte c'era un supermercato, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas Twin Towers. C'era anche un negozio di durian e Michelle. La camera è completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice, un grande frigorifero e un forno. C'è una piscina a sfioro all'ultimo piano, anch'essa relativamente pulita. Svantaggi: il segnale del cellulare e il segnale Wi-Fi non sono molto buoni.

We enjoy our stay here at Grand Millennium Hotel as the service is great and the staffs are helpful especially the one on the front desk named Ilham. I appreciate his kindness. As we check in quite late at about 4.30pm , but our room is still not ready so the manager decided to upgraded our room to the classic one. We appreciate the gesture. Thank you Grand Millenium for the excellent service. Hope to come here again.

Soggiorno in una casa tipo 2 camere da letto, 18° piano della Torre A. La casa è piuttosto piccola in base al prezzo offerto. La prima camera ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e uno specchio di tipo verticale. Asciugamani e appendiabiti non sono forniti. Ci sono solo 2 appendiabiti nell'armadio. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un ventilatore e non dispone di aria condizionata. C'è solo 1 bagno ed è nel mezzo tra due stanze. Il soggiorno è dotato di Smart TV, divano, Internet Unifi 100 Mbps e aria condizionata. Se ci fosse un balcone sarebbe sempre meglio, ma purtroppo non c'è nessun balcone. Suggerisco a HomeBrickz, in qualità di agente che gestisce l'alloggio in famiglia, di fornire una scopa o uno straccio, almeno noi ospiti possiamo pulire la casa prima del check-out. Un deposito di RM200 può essere recuperato entro 24 ore dal check-out anche di domenica, l'agente effettuerà comunque il rimborso del deposito. La piscina e le altre strutture sono all'ottavo piano. La piscina è molto bella, è la migliore. Solo la Camera Kids Zone non è autorizzata ad entrare se non previa prenotazione e versamento di una caparra.

È solo una fattoria collettiva. Questo non è mai un 5 stelle, si qualifica a malapena per 3. La stanza odora di umido. Anche il letto sembrava umido e ancora macchiato. La stanza in sé ricorda più l'ufficio di un dirigente in un ufficio sovietico o un ufficio di progettazione, se si prendono in considerazione le lampade, che avevano molta polvere sopra 🙄 Cercavamo una stanza senza moquette sul pavimento (ce n'erano anche alcune); invece abbiamo preso il vecchio parquet, che aspettava da tempo di essere sostituito. Il letto e il materasso sono terribili. Ti senti come se non fossi sdraiato su un letto in un hotel a 5 stelle, ma su un letto con un materasso di cotone in un campo di pionieri. E il materasso era inclinato da qualche parte verso la testiera. I soffitti sono bassi + nella stanza c'è una struttura incomprensibile: un miracolo di ingegneria nera!. È un frigorifero, è un ripiano per la TV, è un'altra cosa 🤦🏼♀️ La parete del bagno è di vetro, cioè trasparente. Dopo la Cina, per me questo è già normale. Ma, accidenti, è chiuso con una tenda 🤦🏼♀️ il vetro, a quanto pare, non è stato lavato da molto tempo. L'acqua della doccia non scarica bene, quindi puoi lavarti con l'acqua profonda fino alle caviglie. Il soffione della doccia è un'opera d'arte separata. Come un vecchio microfono sovietico, con un suono potente da qualche parte nella zona del torace/ombelico. Oppure, in alternativa, un annaffiatoio “tropicale” sul soffitto. La porta del bagno è come la porta di un armadio. Ma nell'armadio almeno si chiude, ma qui la porta e il muro non si incontrano e rimane uno spazio dove può passare la mano. Lo sciacquone: non puoi capirlo senza mezzo litro. È necessario tenere la leva a lungo finché l'acqua non si riempie prima e poi se ne va da sola, altrimenti c'è il rischio di lasciare dietro di sé l'immagine non più bella. Inoltre non ci sono prese vicino al letto. In generale, non ce ne sono molti nella stanza. Mi sono pentito di aver trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel e il primo giorno ho iniziato ad aspettare che finissero. Le tende oscuranti sono tende a rullo che richiedono molto sforzo per svolgersi con le maniglie. Loro stessi sono già abituati e “cavalcano” costantemente oltre i binari; hanno bisogno di essere costantemente corretti. Non ci sono accappatoi in camera, nonostante siano pubblicizzati. Hanno chiesto più volte, ma non li hanno mai portati. Beh, abbiamo finito anche con le pantofole nere 🤦🏼♀️ con vista dalla finestra sul vecchio cimitero, è stato davvero epico. In generale, l'unica cosa che redime dell'hotel è la sua posizione, altrimenti non c'è niente da fare qui.
