Probabilmente il miglior hotel in una grande città australiana. Camere incredibili e vista, la miglior piscina all'aperto. Uno spazio di piscina con ristoranti e negozi di classe mondiale proprio fuori dalla CBD

Ha avuto grandi e semplici esperienze. Il personale è amichevole, attento, utile, gentile e gentile! Tutte le mie domande e preoccupazioni sono affrontate in modo professionale e immediato. La stanza che otteniamo è pulita e la nostra vista è piuttosto buona. In generale, molto soddisfatto e ritornerà certamente qui.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

La posizione era centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi da China Town e dal CBD principale. C'erano così tanti ristoranti e abbiamo mangiato i migliori spaghetti di manzo vietnamiti a fette ed era a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Abbiamo portato Uber all'aeroporto ma potevi prendere un autobus dalla fermata dell'autobus vicino all'hotel per l'aeroporto ma avevamo così tanti bagagli così comodi per prendere Uber. Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ritornerò sicuramente alla mia prossima visita.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti dopo un volo di 17 ore da Londra Heathrow a Perth dopo aver aspettato più di un'ora e mezza per il nostro bagaglio abbiamo ricevuto un taxi in questo hotel e il servizio era molto buono. La stanza era pulita e le letti erano comode, come il piatto fino al standard di Holiday Inn in tutto il mondo. Siamo andati a casa di Ivy e Jack, che è legato all'hotel, e il cibo era molto buono, ma più come le piastrelle e buono per il drink occasionale piuttosto che una cena principale. Il centro della città è così vicino a tutto, ma non è un sacco di ristoranti da mangiare durante il servizio di pranzo. La maggior parte degli hotel sembrano essere solo pranzi di servizio o snack tardi pomeriggio.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, lontano dal centro della città, dal fiume Tianjin, Elizabeth Quay è molto vicino. Ma la stanza è vecchia e l'igiene è buona.

Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, che è l'hotel economico più economico nella zona commerciale centrale.La distanza a piedi può essere raggiunta in tutti i ristoranti.L'unico aspetto negativo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio e non può parcheggiare sul lato della strada, anche se la sicurezza è difficile da garantire durante il giorno, ed è costosa.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just doesn’t deserve a great rating. The location is good and the rooms a big. I did get an upgrade to a suite, but everything is very dated. On my window, they had masking tape which I suspect was to avoid wind whistling through. That’s not a really great look though. Check in was a disaster. Admittedly it was Friday evening and there was a lot of people arriving for the weekend, but clearly they weren’t planning their staff needs properly and it was ridiculous. Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.

Il Novotel Perth è ben situato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Nella sua passeggiata verso Murray Street o attraverso un blocco a Hay Street si passano molti negozi, bar, caffè e ristoranti. È anche a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato. L'hotel è nuovo, fresco e decorato molto meglio della maggior parte dei Novotels. le camere sono grandi, ben progettate e confortevoli. Non aveva bisogno di molto dal personale dell'hotel, ma non aveva problemi in termini di servizio clienti, anche se nessuno è particolarmente amichevole. Ma un buon posto per stare in visita a Perth.
