Hotel in zona İpek Evi, Bursa

Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Ci troviamo problemi al pagamento utilizzando la carta di debito. E' strano che il personale dell'hotel abbia detto che non possono trattare il pagamento con la carta di debito mantenuta chiedendomi di chiave nel codice pin a 4 cifre (che non è applicabile alla mia carta). Quando altrove non ho avuto problemi con la carta (per acquistare/pagare per prenotazioni alberghiere) tutto il tempo in Turchia prima di arrivare a questo hotel. Per quanto tempo ho dovuto chiamare la mia banca per correggere e non hanno detto alcuna questione sul mio conto. Finito di pagare tutto in contanti. Devono davvero risolvere/correggere questo. Avevamo informato il nostro orario di check-in più tardi. Ma quando siamo arrivati in camera solo per scoprire che era appena stato mosso e il pavimento è bagnato =( I staff front were very helpful. Il centro commerciale è grande vicino all'hotel. La diffusione del buffet del colazione è meravigliosa!

Yemek ve hizmet her zamanki gibi harika. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü. Bursa ilinde huzurla ve keyifle konakladığım, her zaman öncelikli tercihim Divan otel. Tavsiye ederim. Tek tavsiyem: Bahçenizdeki güzel kedilerin mama ve suyunu sık sık kontrol edelim lütfen :)

E' solo che... fin dall'entrata dell'hotel, i miei amici di Calisan... sono molto lieto di stare al sicuro... e di stare in un buon hotel. Da poco tempo, la Camera Natale e il centro della città, con autoveicoli di montaggio, auto in pieno, auto taxi, vi prenderanno circa 20 minuti. Nota piscina termica hamam vs. pulita lì, gli amici di Calisan sono molto guagli e amano l'aiuto

La prima volta che abbiamo visitato il reparto Spa del vostro hotel ieri (familiare), ci sono stati negozi di Nurri Sayal e Xeni, che ci sono soddisfatti dell’interesse delle signore, del servizio rapido e della risata. Ora, ogni volta che visitamo la Turchia, è necessario visitare il vostro hotel. Lo faremo. Si consiglia di pulire e di servire tutti.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts tüm otellerinden bilindiği gibi, Hampton by Hilton Bursa da odalar, temizlik ve ağırlamak konusunda önde giden ve çok iyi servis veren bir otel. Her şeyinden ***et memnun kaldık, tek konumu biraz ters düşüyor. Ayrıca sigara içilen odalarda yine iyi klima ve hava temizleyici kullanarak sigara kokusuz geçirebileceğiniz nadir otellerden biri. Bursaya gittiğimizde her zaman yine seçeriz, rahatça tavsiye de edebiliriz. [9/10]

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

Quello che sembra un bel hotel quando entrate è diffuso da problemi. Il mio partner e io siamo stati donati la stanza 310, siamo entrati e siamo saluti dalla stentina di fumo. Horror l'intera stanza che ne ha. Ho chiamato la ricezione e l'hotel sembra essere completamente prenotato e non potevano spostarci l'odore mi ha fatto sentire malato e ha dato un mal di testa a mio partner. La doccia non era pulita, l’acqua era orribile e le stoffe di legno erano state messe a posto, che potevano e avrebbero dovuto essere rimosse, se la stanza fosse stata pulita, la lancia per il letto aveva stoffe di grandi dimensioni, e il sedile era stato sbloccato e croccato. C'è un paio di punti più, tuttavia, il ristorante in fondo al piano era piacevole e hanno anche riuscito a cucinare un pasto di vegetariani che non era semplicemente pasta. Il centro di Dublino è un hotel a 2 stelle. Non posso credere che cosa vedrei se avessi portato una luce nera non avrei raccomandato nemmeno a basso costo.
