Odalar kirli ve eskiydi. Oda sıcak olduğu için havalandırma açalım dedik havalandırma da soğutmuyordu. Spa otelinde kalan müşteriyle dışarıdan gelen müşteriye aynı fiyat uygulanması saçma. E birde ülke klasiği Arap geliyor diye Türklerin yüzüne bakan yoktu

Otel'in konumu çok iyi.Haftaiçi çok sakin.Spa'yı kendimizinmiş gibi kullandık kimse yoktu.Personel güler yüzlü ancak odalar daha temiz olabilir halılar çok tozluydu

Otelden cikmaniza gerek kalmadan cok guzel bir tatil yapabilirsiniz.

I stayed for 4-nights in the hotel with my family. The hotel was very good and staff were very friendly. I booked a Standard Family Room where I have 3 rooms (1 with kingsize bed and 2 with 2 twin beds) all connected. Rooms were all nice and had good views. The bed is my room was comfortable and bathroom was simple. Breakfast buffet was nice. They had a good variety but they don't change the menu alot. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly. There is a nice pool in the roof of the hotel with very great views .. good for an afternoon swim. The spa was very beautiful. I really enjoyed visiting it. It was quiet and very clean. The atmoshphere is great. There is also a thermal pool for adults and another one for kids. The spa is a plus in this hotel and I recommend it for all visitors. Location was fine. There is a big mall in a walking distance. There are also a couple of shops close by in case any small groceries are needed. I highly recommend the hotel and will probably come back to it if I visit again.

Everything was good. I went there for the wedding and stayed 2 nights. I really enjoyed it. The staff was well trained and professional 👍

Amazing service, the thermal swimming pool, sauna and the Turkish bath were unexpectedly amazing.
