Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

Il personale è molto interessato, il tè e il caffè, a qualunque ora che vuoi, e anche quando salgo a sci, mi hanno riempito il termos. Grazie mille al personale. L'hotel è appena stato costruito, tutte le cose nuove, bagno-spazzatura sono davvero pulite. Ho chiesto la colazione, ho chiamato l'hotel, ho chiesto la colazione, e il menu caldo, hanno detto che potremmo fare una specie di omeleta ampia e in cucina, ma quando andiamo, hanno detto che non c'era tubo! La sala colazione era come un ghiaccio. Non mangiamo niente il primo giorno, siamo gelati, e poi siamo usciti con la roba dello sci per non raffreddare. Sono andato in vacanza a sci, quindi quando sono arrivato all'hotel stasera, la prima cosa che ho cercato è calda, ma non c'è sistema di riscaldamento, non c'è riscaldamento in aria, e non sono stato malato in camera a sci. In primo luogo, il personale era molto interessato a noi. Quando volete, portano del tè o del caffè, quando videro che avevo un termo, riempirono il mio termo con tè, gratis. L'hotel è stato costruito di nuovo, quindi tutto è nuovo nella stanza. La WC è pulita. Ma la stanza è riscaldata con aria condizionata.Può essere molto tempo.La stanza è molto fredda.

Yemek ve hizmet her zamanki gibi harika. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü. Bursa ilinde huzurla ve keyifle konakladığım, her zaman öncelikli tercihim Divan otel. Tavsiye ederim. Tek tavsiyem: Bahçenizdeki güzel kedilerin mama ve suyunu sık sık kontrol edelim lütfen :)

La posizione dell'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, nel centro della zona storica, e il suo parcheggio era un'attribuzione più importante, il personale era riso e interessato. Le camere sono diverse, abbiamo due camere, una molto piccola, l'altra abbastanza grande, la pulizia e la colazione sono abbastanza carni.

L'hotel è in un posto molto buono, ma non ha parcheggi, e c'è un posto dove si trovano d'accordo.

Il prezzo è economico, solo EUR75.60 per notte per 3 camere, quindi è necessario regolare le vostre aspettative in base a questo. Avrei dato all'hotel 5 bolle -- grande posizione centrale, ha un ascensore (una novità in Turchia), incluso colazione, asciugamani e lettini sono puliti e caldi tutto il giorno. Ma devo togliere una bolla perché la AC in camera non funzionava. Era completamente morta. Noi lamentammo al ricevitore, egli venne in camera e cercava di convincerci che l'AC funzionava in realtà, ma era caldo perché era estate. Evitare la stanza 404, sarebbe terribile quando arriva l'estate reale.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!
