Prima di tutto l'ospitalità alla ricezione era sorprendente. Quando mi hanno sentito provenire dall'Italia, hanno dato te' e date e abbiamo parlato in modo approfondito. Una calda accoglienza! La stanza era grande, pulita, spaziosa, bagno e doccia grande anche. Ho avuto un bel buffet e c'era una scelta ampia e un buon cibo! Anche per colazione. Un fantastico hotel!

Come la maggior parte degli stabilimenti in Arabia Saudita, non sono abituati ai visitatori stranieri (ancora), così le aspettative realistiche sono in ordine. Stavano una notte in tour. Situazione tranquilla; non c'è molto a piedi. Camera spaziale. Le camere comprendevano una cassaforte portatile (che era stata lasciata chiusa, quindi non potevo usarla), una mini frigorifera e una caldaia elettrica con sacchetti di tè e pacchetti di caffè istantanei.Il letto era comodo, ma le mutandine non erano troppo grandi o troppo dure. Molti giacche di potenza. Il bagno era tutto pulito, anche se c'erano dei capelli scuri sul pavimento. Doccia senza porta; pressione dell'acqua mediocre (la testa del bagno era parzialmente bloccata). Nessuna tovagliola da bagno o tovagliola da mano; solo due grandi tovaglioli da bagno. Wi-Fi medio. Buffet per colazione con selezione decente.

If you want to feel at home away from home , so this is the HOTEL to go No need to mention that it is the only 5 stars hotel in Buraidah, I stayed there for almost 25 days really what a great stay it was The staff were welcoming from the first second you enter the building , and the housekeeping were more than helpful you can ask them for anything you need( i was blessed to have Jerad as my floor supervisor) The Hotel is a round shaped building with another straight extension. I stayed in the extension rooms as they were bigger in space but with a small bathroom. The food was great with such a variety in what they present & if you need any special item or meal they will make it for you. The hotel has its own multi floors parking so if you have a car it will be in a safe place not parking in the street, in the building there is a small branch for starbucks so you can grab your coffee any time, never to mention that you have your own coffee machine in your room. I really notice the cleanliness in the hotel. It has high standards at this point , also they work on feedback you give them in any area from the junior staff till the general manager (Mr.Alaa Awad) who was supportive & cooperative. I totally would recommend this hotel for anyone is visiting Buraidah
